I was in a family room set up as a friend came along last minute and do upgraded to facilitate - the organisation of the family room on thr ground floor convenient though only one way to enter through the second bedroom - but this ok. The location 5 minutes away from 2 vaporetto stops convenient and it is thanks to Waze and Google maps one can now find ones way around venice without getting too lost! Always felt safe walking around even as a solo 'tourist' and everywhere things of interest to be absorbed with. Somewhat disconcerting tgat on occasion no one at reception and the front door unlocked - but apart from that everything God. Lots of small bars and restaurants 1 minute away to enjoy various culinary delights and snacks

The staff have been very kind, professional and well mannered. Upon arrival they have provided a list with attractions, a variety of places to dine and the map of Venice. They also helped me by organising a surprise for my mum's birthday by placing some flowers and a card in the room. The hotel was extremely clean, not only the room, but the building itself. The room was very comfortable, clean, it had good air conditioning and lift. Really nice pillows, spacious room and bathroom and it felt very safe. The area was quite and there was no noise from outside. I highly recommend the hotel and I am grateful for all the staff that worked hard to provide such a good service.

The hotel was a bit hard to spot when I first arrived in Venice, but it was not a big issue as it was quite straightforward.

The hotel was awesome! The location is just around the corner from shops and restaurants so it so easy to get to places, and yet just far enough away that it is quiet. The room was extremely clean and the bed so really comfortable. The windows open so and it was amazing waking up and looking up at the deep blue sky and feeling the breeze. It was an added bonus that they allow guests to leave their bags for the day after you check out! It was definitely a place I would stay again!

The staff were brilliant. Marco, in particular was really helpful because our return taxi was cancelled at short notice and he got a new one booked for us straight away. In addition, my wife was having difficulty walking and so he came with us to the River Boat Taxi so he could help us and also take the luggage. He also got the taxi to stop at a location that was easier for my wife to get in it. He also brought drinks to our room when we needed them as my wife couldn't leave it very often

First let me say that it was intimate and beautiful, very classy like I was in a movie. In vacation that was sidelined due to illness, they were like family helping with everything. I was stressed not knowing how to get the healthcare needed outside of the US; they went above and beyond to take very good care of us. Helping me get a MD that came right to our room, portage of bags, water taxis, getting laundry done, making us tea, I could go on and on. Being close to everything , pharmacy for medicine, places to eat, short walks to campos to sit and people watch and enjoy a sprtiz, lovely architecture and museums, close to church that was playing classical music. All things that I love. I am so grateful to Ricardo, Alvise, Mateo and Alena( I apologize for any spelling errors) Grazie Mille

That it was disturbed by illness and I cannot believe how crowded Venice has become since out last visit in 2016. I was glad that we weren't so close to San Marco, but could easily walk and be in the heart of it within 10 minutes.

The hotel was incredible - the room was spacious with a comfy bed and stylish bathroom. The staff were super friendly and so helpful including recommending bars and restaurants (we went to two of them during our trip which lived up to recommendations). They organised a taxi to take us to Murano island for a glass making tour at cost of the hotel. The location was perfect - within 10 minutes walk of Rialto bridge and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

the location was perfect! and the service was excellent. our host/manager took time to pick us up at the water taxi location and helped us with our bags. also made all the reservations I requested. the space itself was quaint and was good for the 3 of us but wish it was a little bigger.

Great space, nice big bathroom and thick walls on room so we couldn't hear the neighbours unless they were outside their room. The lady at the reception booked us one of the best restaurants in Venice and we had an incredible experience

There was a mosquito problem especially the first evening and the device wasn't offered until we asked for it. Air Conditioning was not working which was unfortunate, not what we want for the price.

Location was perfect, very near to vaporetto, walking distance to major touristical places and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and renovated. Bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Water bottles were put in the fridge every day. Staff was very helpful, thanks Ricardo & Francesca!

Room was a bit small but I think this is true for most hotel rooms in Venice.

We stayed in the deluxe with the terrace for 3 nights. Just about everything about it was great. It was so clean. comfortable and spacious and the terrace was as added bonus. Great location and the staff were always very helpful.

The only thing was sometimes the wi-fi cut out, otherwise “perfect”..
