The suite was exceptional with canal views! Beautiful large room exactly like a palace. Very extremely comfortable! The breakfast was also exceptional with exceptional service from a very professional waiter who was so attentive. Very special indeed!

Really really hard to get luggage to this hotel from Sant Angelo water taxi stop. The 3 minute walk include stairs and even with 5 healthy adults, in the rain, it was hard to find. I do not know why the water taxis don't go to this hotel with a canal next to it. Porters are available at E23 each which in hindsight, we should just have paid for 3 to help us. The hotel should tell people this very explicitly.

This is a great location for all sightseeing needs. Nestled in a quiet spot just a short walk to the Academia Bridge. The room was beautiful and staff at breakfast lovely and food provided was fabulous. The outside space is peaceful and welcoming. All the staff were great and the lady on reception was extremely welcoming and clearly knows about how to deliver good friendly and with a smile hospitality.

There is just one person who sadly was a stark contrast to all the other staff at the hotel … I would recommend staying here but I think it’s right to give honest feedback. The more senior man on reception did not smile or say hello with a welcoming or friendly face during our visit.. in fact simple stuff we asked about was met with what seemed like huge effort - we sadly felt like an inconvenience to him. This occurred on different shifts and over the 3 nights and 4 days we stayed. When the rest of the staff are delivering fabulous customer care but your more senior member on front of house isn’t then it becomes much more obvious. This is a great place full of happiness and other friendly staff.. perhaps a smile and a happy welcome would go a long way.

The staff was consistantly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was extenive and delicious. A server was onsite all the time to make eggs, pancakes, and more. I was very impressed overall.

The only issue is that they had "locked" the air-conditioning because it was during a transition of seasons, so we had to open the windows and got bitten by insects that came in.

The sofas were too short to sit on and uncomfortable TV in the lounge was stuck random programs. The one in the bedroom worked well No knifes forks or plates only a corkscrew and t spoon Due to bizarre policy guests are unable have breakfast in the hotel. Cafe Brasilia was the place for that.

We had a lovey 4 day break in Venice made even better by a lovely hotel and amazing staff. The staff were so humble and welcoming. The bar tender provided his best local restaurants which were amazing, we booked a few trips through the front desk and also the breakfast staff were so attentive and nice too. The staff make this hotel even better We stayed in the main hotel in a junior suite with roof terrace which was amazing also. The location is great and easily accessible to nice square nearby for apreol and Proseccos mid afternoon!!

The hotel is in the middle of everything. - max. 15 min. walking to Rialto bridge, max. 15 min. walking to San Marco square, ... The breakfast was really good, although there could have been a bit more options. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the bar has a great selection of drinks.

We were in the main building. For that price the room was a bit on the small side. And having the air con running in the bar, but leaving the door to the outside open is probably not the best for achieving a good temperature (or keeping the electricity bill down :-D ).

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely lounge and outdoor terrace. The hotel bar was great for early afternoon drinks after walking around. We enjoyed our junior suite and the incredible terrace. The shower was great and the room felt spacious with the high ceilings. The breakfast was a wonderful start to our day. It’s served in a beautiful room and has lots of choices. We loved the cappuccinos and chocolate croissants. And the option of ordering different types of eggs. The staff was friendly and helped book us a water taxi to the train station.

The location is nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a spacious suite which was clean and elegant. I loved the decorations and the high ceiling . The bed was comfortable too. I also enjoyed the shower and the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a feast. There were so many delicious options to choose from. Overall, our 2 night stay felt luxurious.

Excellent location, lovely apartment and very comfortable too. Really enjoyed having a balcony!

We tried to use the hot tub, and dirt came out of the pumps, making it unusable - which was a real shame as having a hot tub was one of the reasons we booked the room. I think they just need to fully run the hot tub in between guests to make sure the pumps don't get grimy. It was a shame, but not a game changer. We still very much enjoyed our stay. We weren't offered anything in terms of apology except for one gent who came to look at it and blamed the cleaners (the tub itself was clean) which was a bit disappointing - we would've just preferred the apology without the fingerpointing.
