Clean room, relatively quiet, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was basic but sufficient for the price paid - croissant, eggs , lovely ham, fruit etc . No bar in the hotel though drinks could be bought no one was ever sitting in communal areas which as a solo traveller would have been nice to have the opportunity to meet people however I did this in other ways . I had a bad experience in a restaurant down the lane and right (alle botteghe) , on the left, on my first night . The waiter befrienddd me when lost looking fur the hotel and later charged me 96 euro for my meal of fish, tiramisu and 2 glasses of wine . They have bad reviews -avoid! but everywhere else was lovely.

Staff on reception extremely helpful and friendly. I started in my pathetic Italian but they all spoke excellent English! Also heard them speaking in French.I struggled to find the hotel once off the water bus, but once I had, I felt the location was amazing. About a 10 minute walk from St Marks Square, but plenty to do all the way along.

I mentioned that the hairdryer in my room didn't work and could it be fixed. It wasn't so couldn't wash my hair for the duration of my stay.

The breakfast was lovely and I really appreciated the communal spaces (courtyard, living room area). Have it a very homely vibe.

Another lamp in the room would have been lovely, it was quite dark and I don’t love having the ceiling light on.

Great basic property, central location, clean, good breakfast, everything we needed- I’ll be coming back if I’m in Venice. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Showers hot and good pressure, everything immaculate, good breakfast selection, and easy to find in a quiet location. 10 minutes walk from all the major attractions. Can’t recommend it enough for a city break!

The breakfast was very good. There was no hot food but plenty of cold food. Location was excellent for seeing main Venice museums and attractions. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was nice to have an outside courtyard for residents. It was great to have lift.

The room lacked storage drawers. It had a small cupboard with a hanging rail and one small shelf that was part of the nightstand. It may suit people who are only there a couple of nights but because we were there for a week we had to live out of the suitcase. The shower was small and would have been adequate except that a unit to hold soaps and shampoos had been poorly positioned. The shower also had a bit of black mould that needed attention.

The room wasn't huge however it was good enough for two people. Bedding was clean and fresh. The bathroom was very clean, had all the necessities; towels were super soft and nice. We had twin room - beds could be a bit wider. Walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbors and the light from the corridor is visible under the room doors during the night. Breakfast is typical Italian style, fresh and sweet, plenty of coffee available! Friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel inside is surprisingly big and looks very stylish. The location is super convenient and very quiet, which helps to get so much needed rest after full day of walking through Venice :)

Everything clean, organized, staff is great, we had breakfast included and it was amazing, everything fresh.

We rent 3 different rooms, and everything was alright, but the double bed room, was so small that 2 persons couldn't fit in the bed. So we talk with the receptionist and they give us another room without any problem.

Great central location in between the Rialto and San Marco Piazza. Very close to 2 of the main water bus stops. Some lovely reasonably priced restaurants, deli and supermarket close by. Good continental breakfast served with a great choice of flavored croissants, fresh fruit and good coffee machine. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, just a little dated. Only one of our rooms had a view of the canal (209) but given we weren't in our rooms much, this was fine.

Its a shame the hotel doesn't have a bar to relax in the afternoon or evening, you can however buy wine, beer and water from reception or bring in your own from outside. Great courtyard to relax in, a relaxation room and lounge area.

breakfast options were limited but tasty and super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and you can easily reach the main tourist location by walking for around 15 min. The hotel is also surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. The room and all the facilities were super clean.

The hand soap was not working and we asked for a fill but unfortunately, we didn't get any, so we used the provided shower soap to wash our hands. The hot water in the shower was very weak, so I couldn't wash my hair properly.
