Accommodation highly recommended, a big plus for the decoration, the rooms are beautiful! Also a room with coffee, tea, something sweet ... also beautifully arranged. We stayed 3 nights in the smallest room, but it was enough for us. There was a wardrobe, a bathroom with all the necessary equipment. The only minus is that when you open the windows, it is very noisy from the square (it is difficult to sleep with open windows, sometimes you woke up). We were also bitten by mosquitoes, but it was our fault - an anti-mosquito device was available, but we forgot to switch it on. However, the location is also very good, close to everywhere, a beautiful square and a church right under the hotel. Close to the square of St. Mark on foot. No problem to check in even at very late hours (you could check in yourself, the host can be met in the mornings).

We had a fantastic 2-night stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for our time in Venice. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided clear instructions for entering, which made everything smooth and easy. The room, while a bit small, was perfectly comfortable and great value for the price. Plus, the location is simply unbeatable—right on a beautiful square, with so many attractions just a short walk away. It made exploring Venice incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and well-located stay in the heart of the city!

It's kinda expected for such location - but some pub is located so close that during the night we could hear the chatter and music coming from it

Perfect location, right in Campo Santo Stefano, easy to reach from various boat stops (with luggage, the most convenient is S. Samuele) and close to the main attractions in Venice. Some nice coffee places (especially the one downstairs) and restaurants around. Very nice staff. Very clean and spacious rooms, with wonderful views from the windows. A shared minifridge is available on each floor and cold water is provided each day. Very easy self check-in.

I was staying in a room with a city view on the top floor. It had a lot of free space, something like 30-35 sqm. The view from the balcony was just perfect. It was one of the best hotel rooms, or most likely apartments, I’ve ever stayed in during my life (I’ve traveled a lot). The atmosphere in the building outside of the room in the common area is just a magic. Located in the heart of Venice, right in the center.

In such a large room, I would say an apartment, it would be good to have a kettle. However, you can find it on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so it’s not a big issue, but still a point for improvement. Also, the TV is in very bad condition.

Beautiful room, it was like a dream come true. The room, the decor, the Italian Venitian style was everywhere. We loved our room, cold Air conditioning and large room with incredible views to a large open plaza as we had a corner unit. The host Raffaella was very nice and attentive .

Taking the water bus from the train station was costly, crowded, too slow, way too hot(no fans or Ac) and unnecessary. I would have preferred to walk to the hotel, rather then take that water bus for €9 each way per person. Total of €36 for two people. Of course that's not the hotels fault, but optional instrucciones on how to get there without the use of the water bus would have been very welcomed, as we only had carry on luggage and would have preferred to walk there🙂

Clean bed sheets, clean room, clean toilet. The location is ideal next to the city center and even has a small bar next to it wich serves morning foods like sandwitches, paninis and pastry. If you are traveling there by plane and decide to take the waterbus then it will take 1,5 h to get to san marco so consider the water taxi if you are with a group.

The mattress smelled weird and the baby bed sadly didn't have a working zipper to secure it for the night.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was cozy and was in the perfect location! It really had all of the basic amenities that we needed for our 3 days in Venice.

The room was a bit small, so there was no room to sit and relax except for on the bed. The bed and pillows were a bit stiff. However, for a few days, it met expectations! Just FYI for those staying longer

Great location, right on a plaza, pretty close to everything, but with the shutters close very quiet and nice. Staff are lovely. Very comfortable and well thought out with lots of little details that make you feel welcome.

Location is fantastic in the square with bars and restaurants to enjoy, church is beautiful right next door and a wonderful bakery just downstairs! Short walk only to San Marco and San Angelo vaperetto stop. It’s clean and our room was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Highly recommended it here we loved it!

Location was great. We don’t mind walking and it was located a short walk from the Grand Canal from the airport or Vaporetto. It is located by a piazza with plenty of restaurants and Cicchetti.

We found it hard to locate as only a small sign but once we found it all was good
