Only a year old so has a very new crisp look. Great location.

We had room number 16. There was a small courtyard that our internal door and window opened up to. Unfortunately people were smoking in this area so we couldn’t have any fresh air into the room without it filling with cigarette smell. Best to avoid surrounding rooms if you don’t like that smell.

Great location very close to everything we wanted to see and enjoy. Lovely old palazzo that has been well restored. Decent room size and modern bathroom that functioned well. Ok breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice little outside area to sit and have a glass of wine.

Our room was a decent size but oddly configured with not enough space to put your things. Coffee pods were provided in the room along with the coffee machine but we were rather surprised to be charged for each one we used - this was not explained and we have never come across it before - especially given the cost of the room. I think this was a bit much for a hotel of this standard! Staff were ok, but not that friendly.

The breakfast was good as was the location. Best of all was the helpfulness of Mr. Luca at the front desk and the initiative he took to volunteer his suggestions about good restaurants to have our meals in. Equally commendable was his concern for our welfare and the professionalism with which he arranged water taxi reservations for our early morning departure from the hotel. Our grateful thanks to him.

The view from our room was most unsatisfactory. All we could see from the window was roofs of adjoining buildings. The mattress on the bed was much too soft: one could hardly sleep comfortably.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we knew we had chosen the right place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with genuine smiles and sincere care. The reception operated with impressive efficiency, making our check-in completely hassle-free. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful details that created a true sense of comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a good location in a quiet neighborhood.. Our room was very nice, very clean, and refreshed every day. Staff were helpful and very kind. We liked that the hotel was fairly close to a waterbus station.

We were a little disappointed that our Jr suite was on the lobby floor next to the lobby restroom. We asked for a change, but no accommodation was made. Breakfast was good, but coffee was never hot, always lukewarm. Location of hotel is not bad if carrying small bags. Otherwise, you will have to navigate some stairs, and it could be challenging with bigger bags.

Older hotel, nicely located, walking distance from water taxi spots, restuarants, shops and tourist locations. Although the hotel was older, the rooms have all been redone in modern decor. Our room was amazing and spacious. We had robes with little chocolates waiting on our pillows and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast and lounge areas were very nice and good to hang out with family members. The staff were English speaking, very friendly and helpful with all our questions and restuarant recommendations. I was quietly surprised by this hotel and would definately stay there again.

Palazzo Keller exceeded our expectations in every aspect. In one of the most expensive cities we visited, it ended up providing excellent value, and exceptional comfort. The room and bath were spacious and comfortable, the staff (Paola and Luca especially) were so communicative, welcoming and helpful, arranging a private water taxi from the airport to the closest stop (about 2 city blocks) and back to the train station when we left. We had a room overlooking a side canal, which we enjoyed, and the breakfast - held in a gorgeous room - was outstanding, with very fresh offerings and great coffee! I would highly recommend Palazzo Keller!

Although we found the beds to be a little harder than we'd have liked, we have nothing at all to complain about.

Very beautiful hotel, renewed last year. So clean and nice environment. Smells like parfume inside the property. 😄 Small, not near any canal but if you are looking for a special boutique hotel with good price go for it… Very delicious breakfast by the way. Don’t try to look for another place for beeakfast. Personel was very gentle (except one, explained below).

Just had a bad attitude experience with the barmen. I ordered 3 coctails. He said “i will go to my home in 5 mins, come on” with a weird expression on his face. I didn’t realize the time, and also unfortunately I don’t have to know/memorize when the bar is going to close as a customer. He can just say I can serve this and that, or bar is closed; that’s it. Don’t need to react “I will go to my home” rudely in such a pleasant hotel.

Beautifully renovated, great location, lovely rooms, very attentive staff and a wonderful breakfast. We go to Venice every winter for over 20 years, so have stayed in many hotels there, some multiple times. This is a wonderful addition .This will definitely be in our ‘multiple times’ list !

It was a tiny, TINY thing. But they only gave a complimentary bottle of water the first night. Compared to other 4 star hotels where it’s generally replenished every day. As I said, it’s a very small thing but I found it confusing when everything else was excellent 🤔

Beautiful and elegant Palazzo that has been turned into a boutique hotel. The location is on a quiet street but only 4 minutes away from San Angelo Vaporetto stop. The rooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed and modern. Breakfast is served in lovely dining room and is very abundant. The staff is very friendly and helpful . There are numerous small restaurants in the area. The location is ideal for exploring Venice but also provides a relaxing reprieve from the crowds. Overall wonderful hotel !
