The stay was amazing from the moment the water taxi dropped us at the Hotels front door dock. They came and handled our bags for us from taxi to suite. We booked the suite room 216. We were treated like royalty and everyone was friendly, prompt and informative. We entered our suite to find champagne and a chilled fresh fruit platter and beds turned down with chocolate. We opened the balcony door to find a very long narrow terrace and to our surprise, to the right was the Rialto bridge. We took many great pictures from that balcony. The morning found us at a fabulous breakfast bar and seated in the beautiful gardens. We watched the taxis come and go, the waterbus pickup and drop off and so many people enjoying their Gondala rides from that balcony that was just above the front entrance and dock. We walked the streets of Venice until midnight, right from the hotel. The 2nd night we had drinks and ate from the Bistro menu and it was good service and food. When we left, we felt taken care of, as they took our luggage from our suite and stowed it on the water taxi. We didnt speak anything but English and were made to feel welcome and always greeted with a smile. We cant thank the team at this hotel for making our first stay in Venice absolutely perfect.

That we could only stay 2 nights

This is mine and my husbands favourite hotel to stay at in venice, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable + welcome. The bar man has worked there for 20 years which I think say's a lot about the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and the cocktails match. This is not our first or last vist to this hotel - it has a special charm for sure.

Hotel is located with a private pier. As such it was easily assessible by water taxi (EUR60 from Station) or for those looking to take Water Bus #1, you can alight as the Sant'Angelo stop just 50m from the Hotel front door. Hotel is simple and decorated the Venice style. The rooms and the bathroom was a delight. With wall paper (as per photos in their website), room and bathroom was spacious. Toiletteries used felt classy. Exploring the main tourist attractions means walking around the city, <20min to Saint Marco square for example. For me, i could go for an early jog and photo session before the crowd comes. Breakfast served was refined... staff can cook you eggs if you want something beyond the scrambled egg on the buffet table. Its always a great way to start the day. What we appreciate were the small chairs/tables outside facing the private jetty. It is a great place to chill, or a rest after a long day sightseeing, or just reflecting. You may have the luck of a sea gull coming close to keep you company :-). Our room opened to a side canal, so its quiet and private.

We had an excellent stay at the Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo in Venice! ✨ Our time there was truly delightful — the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine sense of service made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, varied and of high quality, and the location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore the city. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo, and we will keep wonderful memories of this special trip. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo during my trip to Venice, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy yet luxurious ambiance that added to the charm of my stay. What stood out the most was the service. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from providing excellent recommendations to making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for a hotel in Venice that combines elegance, prime location, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo. It made my Venetian experience unforgettable!

We chose this property not only for its comfort/amenities but also as it was on the Grand Canal and easy access from the water bus. Straight off at the Sant Angelo stop and literally on the front of the canal. Great views from the hotel doorstep and very easy to get to. Additionally, rooms were a good size comfortable and clean, and the welcome from the staff was very friendly. A good breakfast in the morning was included in our room rate - buffet style with the usual platters of food.

Whilst service was available via reception 24 hours there is no in room dinning and the bar area is small offering a small selection of food. We did eat at the bar as my wife didn't want to go out further and the food was good but the selection as I said limited. The room did not have a coffee machine or a kettle. Water was provided and a small minibar. Small points overall given the location but our perspective.

WOW! Yes, it was expensive, but this was our end of the trip splurge and completely worth it. Front desk staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and the view was worth every euro! We actually had 3 little balconies. Even the view from the little bathroom windows was gorgeous. We were surprised by a bottle of champagne and an assortment of fruits and chocolate with turn down service each night. Location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The shower was a bit difficult to control so it didn't spray on the floor, but we finally figured it out.

The hotel is in a lovely location - beautiful view of the canal from our room. The garden was a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast which was very good. Luigi at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He arranged a memorable tour of a contemporary glass factory in Murano that we really enjoyed. Service by all staff was wonderful.

The cost from the airport seemed very expensive but it was convenient. $200 Euro for a. 15 min taxi ride & 10 min water taxi ride. As well be prepared to get lost walking Venice. All the twists and turns and bridges. Our last night the water taxi to the hotel stopped working - we were told by someone at the taxi stand it ran quite late. Not the hotels fault but it was a little scary in the dark, empty alley ways walking back to the hotel. We did not encounter anybody that gave us trouble but still uncomfortable.

Even with our late arrival, Mr. Kamal at the reception made extra steps to accommodate us to enjoy a relaxing time to absorb an unforgettable venetian night view on the hotel's terrace before we headed to spend a night in the Sia Palazzo Sant'Angelo luxurious room. The next day, we headed to Murano, offered gratis by the hotel, and after the fabulous glass factory visit and shopping, we were dropped off by a short boat drive at the Giardini of the Venetian Biennale 2024 to fulfill the dream of our trip. Excellent, professional service from the first moment to our cheek out. Thank you to all the staff of Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo!

They upgraded our room. There was a spacious living room in front of our room, and our room was very spacious and cute. The breakfast was delicious, they made cappuccino for us, and best of all, it was right next to the Vaporetto station, so it was convenient for transportation, and the canal view from the lobby was great.
