Beautiful room, great location, comfy bed. Room was very clean, slippers, and breakfast provided--staff was very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was amazing. We loved our stay in Venice. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because I thought we would be actually staying "on the canal", but it was a short distance away with a view of the canal. My fault--read the descriptions carefully before booking. Other than, that 10 stars. Thank you for the communication and excellent directions (we had to call 2x because we were a little lost. lol) Venice is an amazing and wonderful place. We will definitely return.

Everything was great.

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location to San Silvestro vaporetto stop on line 1. 5 minute walk. Plenty of places to eat and even get a gondola. Quiet at night. Breakfast to the room as no dining room. Good shower and quality towels. Alleyway was well lit for evening outings.

Getting in was a little wonky. Was given wifi pass but not the wifi name. Had to go to corner bar to use their wifi to send WhatsApp. They answered right away and got in without problem. Added about 10 minutes. Minor thing but could use a luggage rack in the room.

The room was very nice and fairly big. Had everything we needed and a little coffee/tea station which was nice. There is no reception so the communication is fully through booking/Whatsapp for check in, which is alright. If you need to leave your bags, you can do so on the ground floor behind a desk. Upon check in you find a breakfast sheet to fill in, you can pick anything on the menu and a time you want to have breakfast. The next morning they’ll bring the breakfast and collect city tax (be aware to have cash ready for that). The lady delivering the breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. All in all, we had a good experience :)

The apartment is really well located, we were about a 15min walk from the main attractions. Two "bedrooms" are connected through a door, but it was nice to have privacy. Bathroom was a good size, everything was really clean and neat! We had to coordinate through whatsapp, but they were really attentive and responsive. Breakfast was included and it was really complete!

There is a bathtub in the pictures in the middle of the room. Turns out it's for decoration only. It is not necessary to have such a big object as decoration , it could be replaced by a desk or a small couch

The decor was lovely and great breakfast delivered to your room.

On the first day, we had tea bags and 2 coffee capsules, which we used on day 1. IT WASN'T REPLACED!WE STAYEDFOR 3 DAYS.- Do they expect us to buy a box of teabags and coffee pods, when we only need two per day??? RIDICULOUS! We're tourists! No water refill either!! - We didn't book a cheap room either.... My partner eventually got a couple of extra tea bags after 2 evenings of sending WhatsApps. There was nobody present to speak to directly

The host (Marina) is very helpful and quick to respond. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent as well as being able to select a time slot for delivery to the room.

The aircon was not very effective, but as we did not bring this to the hosts attention at the time, this cannot be held against them. I am sure they would have resolved it but it was late and we were tired.

Our room had no natural light as it was on a walkway . The bed was comfortable , but it was a Murphy pull out of a cupboard bed so the pillows drop down the back . There was not a hairdryer in the room The breakfast was choosen the night before and delivered to the room in the morning . It was a nice selection.

The room was very spacious for a European hotel. It was in an old building and very private on a side street with very little foot traffic but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Only about five minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The included breakfast was amazing, with a large selection of available food.

The only negative is that because of the location the room looked out onto an alley. Not really a big deal.

Location is great, at the middle of the island and close to all main attractions, the rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. Bathroom also is nice, general ok for Venice standards. breakfast was excellent and many options.

only missing thing was the nets on the windows. Even though, we kept the windows closed, there were tens of mosquitos already inside, it was terrible during night.

The location of the suites was very good, just 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge and the hustle and bustle of Venice, yet far enough for it not to be noisy. The suite was a great size as was the en suite too along with all the amenities within the room were ample. A great base to explore from in the centre.

I was a bit surprised there was no front of desk at the hotel or any reception area. Breakfast was a little disappointing having to complete a card for what you wanted the next morning as supposed to having the freedom of a buffet but needless to say we managed to eat something before venturing out.
