Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. The exposed beams on the ceiling and chandelier were both very charming touches! Excellent location with comfortable walking to/ from the Venezia Santa Lucia and Piazza San Marco. The hosts offer breakfast 8am-10am with many options of pastry, toast with meats and cheese, fruit, yogurt and cereal along with fruit juices, and the hosts even make coffee for you (delicious!). Close to many good bars and restaurants. The kind hosts made this a very enjoyable stay.

Our room was on the first floor, and with bars and restaurants near by it was a little loud outside, with the street noise carrying into the room. If you want to sleep early, I suggest some ear plugs. But this is only a very mild inconvenience which did not reduce how much I enjoyed my stay here.

We arrived late and chose the top floor room over the phone, which was lovely, but due to the bathroom being in the eaves, you could not stand up and shower (you had to sit in the bath which was a little tricky to get in and out of !)

The room / bathroom were spacious and clean. WiFi worked well. The host was fantastic (also the lady who served breakfast), accommodated all requests and remained at our disposal. We arrived very late but there was no trouble to check in (self check-in instructions were clear and provided on the day of arrival). Breakfast was very good, served in a cosy room and exceeded our expectations (lots to choose from, everything fresh every day). We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the place to fellow travellers.

A small, family run B&B. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. The owners were lovely and very hospitable. Communication was easy and straightforward. A very pleasant stay.

On our return stay, we got a smaller room on the top floor, with smaller beds, a smaller bathroom, and the air conditioner a bit hidden away, which was a little less comfortable, but this is a minor complaint. By then the city was very full. Overall, we were very happy with the B&B and would definitely return.

Damiano is a very gentle man and takes care a lot of its customers. The breakfast though simple (hot pastries cold meats fruit cereals coffee and infusions) was superb (I enjoyed very much the quality of the cold meats very fresh and very tasty!). He also made some recommendations about where to go for lunch which was particularly good

I prefer a softer mattress but this is my own preference (mattress is very firm).

Staff was very friendly, the room was very tidy with a comfy bed, and the location was honestly the best in the city. Great place to get when the purpose of the trip is to spend the day throughout Venice, and if for any reason it is wanted or needed to go back to the apartment, walking or using a boat allows one to do so quickly.

Excellent location, very close to the vaporetto stop and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants and shops. Excellent staff. Our host gave of us many good suggestions and our breakfast host was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfasts were wonderful. The room was small but space was used very effectively. There was even a small refrigerator which was very helpful. Between the curtains and the shutters, it was very easy to block out light and noise from the street.

The shower could have been cleaned a bit more carefully. Otherwise it was excellent.

The bed was so comfortable we had to drag ourselves out of it to see venice. The owner was very helpful and informative and gave very good suggestions for sightseeing. The stay is also close to vaporetto stops and Rialto bridge and there were cute and affordable restaurants nearby. And supermarket, pharmacy as well. All in all a very good stay.

I wouldn't say I didn't like, but it's just a suggestion. The breakfast buffet could have had eggs.

Damiano (the host) was just the nicest! He met me and let me keep my bags, he even helped to carry them to my floor and we had great talk afterwards. The room was very clean, had everything necessary (like the shower things and the hair dryer). The room is small, but cozy was bright. Upstairs there is a small attic with the table and couple of chairs, where you can sit. Also, the place provides the breakfast. The place has a great location, near the boat stop San Silvestro and very close to Rialto Bridge (there are two supermarkets there), which is a great hub to get to any place. Plus, nearby there are nice restaurants, wine shop and I stayed for one night, but definitely recommend this place!

Great location right by Rialto bridge close to a lot of restaurants, a lot of which are tourist traps but most of Venice is anyways, plus good for if you hungry and can’t be bothered to walk. Everyone in the hotel was super nice specially the boss. ALWAYs greeted me with my name which I was super impressed with.

Only that I didn’t stay longer :) - oh be careful using maps on your phone when u get there, the address is correct but maps took me to the wrong place. But thankfully the owner helped me.
