Great location walkable from Rialto and San Silvestro water stop. If you have heavy luggage go to San Silvestro to avoid the stairs. San Silvestro is just around the corner. Note that like all older accommodation it has narrow stairs, so pack light. COOP supermarket is very close. San Silvestro is on Line 1, so easy to get to all the key locations.

Like all older accommodation, there are insufficient electrical plugs around the work desk. Wifi was good but my mobile internet for work related communications was slow. Not sure if it was my provider or the density of the buildings.

We had a fantastic stay here! The mansarda room was so comfortable and it was so lovely to relax and listen to the bells from the roof terrace in the late afternoon after a long day exploring. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the lady at breakfast was so sweet and served us a cappuccino every morning! Damiano was a pleasure to meet, and gave us great suggestions for what to do during our stay. The location is unbeatable for the price, we were right in the centre of Venice but it still felt so calm and peaceful. If you want the best stay in Venice, this is it.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. The exposed beams on the ceiling and chandelier were both very charming touches! Excellent location with comfortable walking to/ from the Venezia Santa Lucia and Piazza San Marco. The hosts offer breakfast 8am-10am with many options of pastry, toast with meats and cheese, fruit, yogurt and cereal along with fruit juices, and the hosts even make coffee for you (delicious!). Close to many good bars and restaurants. The kind hosts made this a very enjoyable stay.

Our room was on the first floor, and with bars and restaurants near by it was a little loud outside, with the street noise carrying into the room. If you want to sleep early, I suggest some ear plugs. But this is only a very mild inconvenience which did not reduce how much I enjoyed my stay here.

Accommodation was centrally located, very close to Rialto Bridge, and close to St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. It is easier to walk around as it is near Realto Market. Accommodation is 2 min from Waterbus station. We took a water bus station from Venezia Santa Luchia. It is 15 min. I would recommend it for a say here. It's overall very convenient Lovely coffee n breakfast was served. Loved the hospitality overall.

Nothing as such. Just a small suggestion to have kettle for hot water. But not worries, just upstairs pantry has everything needed.

Excellent location. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating owner. Loved the rooftop terrace ! Good breakfast. Fresh ,clean room. Enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late and chose the top floor room over the phone, which was lovely, but due to the bathroom being in the eaves, you could not stand up and shower (you had to sit in the bath which was a little tricky to get in and out of !)

The room / bathroom were spacious and clean. WiFi worked well. The host was fantastic (also the lady who served breakfast), accommodated all requests and remained at our disposal. We arrived very late but there was no trouble to check in (self check-in instructions were clear and provided on the day of arrival). Breakfast was very good, served in a cosy room and exceeded our expectations (lots to choose from, everything fresh every day). We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the place to fellow travellers.

A small, family run B&B. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. The owners were lovely and very hospitable. Communication was easy and straightforward. A very pleasant stay.

On our return stay, we got a smaller room on the top floor, with smaller beds, a smaller bathroom, and the air conditioner a bit hidden away, which was a little less comfortable, but this is a minor complaint. By then the city was very full. Overall, we were very happy with the B&B and would definitely return.

Damiano is a very gentle man and takes care a lot of its customers. The breakfast though simple (hot pastries cold meats fruit cereals coffee and infusions) was superb (I enjoyed very much the quality of the cold meats very fresh and very tasty!). He also made some recommendations about where to go for lunch which was particularly good

I prefer a softer mattress but this is my own preference (mattress is very firm).

Staff was very friendly, the room was very tidy with a comfy bed, and the location was honestly the best in the city. Great place to get when the purpose of the trip is to spend the day throughout Venice, and if for any reason it is wanted or needed to go back to the apartment, walking or using a boat allows one to do so quickly.

Excellent location, very close to the vaporetto stop and within walking distance of many sites, restaurants and shops. Excellent staff. Our host gave of us many good suggestions and our breakfast host was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfasts were wonderful. The room was small but space was used very effectively. There was even a small refrigerator which was very helpful. Between the curtains and the shutters, it was very easy to block out light and noise from the street.

The shower could have been cleaned a bit more carefully. Otherwise it was excellent.
