The Riva del Vin Boutique Hotel provided us with an exceptional experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel was ideal for all our activities. Its central location offers easy access to all the city's attractions and activities. Secondly, the hotel has the best view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge and last but not least, the friendly service of the staff and the excellent breakfast, which provided an ideal start to the day. We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful hotel that left us with only positive memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and seeking an unforgettable stay. In my opinion, the furniture does not meet the expectations of a boutique hotel. But that's my personal opinion and others may see it differently.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean room and fantastic location.

The breakfast was quite basic and the bed covers were too thin.

Location: near Rialto boat station (10 mins walk but need to cross bridge, to note if you have luggages to lug, central & easy to walk, not near main station (30 min walk) Room (room 301): good view, fairly big room (not huge, enuf for 2 pax & 2 med suitcases) Net: fast, stable & free Bfast - decent spread but need to book timing you want to go 9I guess to accommodate space on 2nd floor - there were 2 rooms at Bfast area, strongly suggest not to be assigned there to avoid AM noise Check-in: fairly quick BUT no early check-in, if you ae lucky maybe 12ish, else 1ish

Very few powerpoint to charge things Toilet tad small but not bad, quite dark tho Lighting not alot so can be tad dark if you prefer bright lights Check out day they had renovations / repairs so we could NOT keep our 2 big luggages & 2 small bags past 1pm, we woke early to store at main station (Euros40 for 8 hours from 7am) (total 4 bags)

Location was great, very central and easy to access all key areas on foot. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small. It was clean and comfortable but wasn’t as nicely decorated as on the photographs.

Perfect location for a city break to Venice! Right next to Rialto Bridge. Got on the water taxi from Venice Marco Polo airport to Rialto and a short walk to the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and polite. We arrived too early for check-in but they allowed us to use the bathroom and leave our luggage safely at the hotel until check-in. When we arrived back at the hotel for check-in, our luggage had already been put in our room for us. This hotel is the perfect location for exploring all of Venice’s main tourist attractions, all within walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was great. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was very dark. The black sink showed water stains which made it appear to be a little dirty. Also some soap scum on the glass shower.

Location! room was on the canal we had a balcony which was wonderful Breakfast included

No bars of soap just liquid soap.

The hotel is very well located close to the Rialto bridge in the San Polo neighborhood. An area very crowded during the day, in the nights is peaceful. Many museums, restaurants and shops are very near. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is of a good size. Attentive staff. The breakfast is offered at staggered times, to avoid overcrowding the area. It has an elevator, which is expected at this price point.

The bathroom shows some early signs of age, as the area near to the washbasing was peeling off, not ok for a room at this price point. Other than that, the place was ok.
