No teaspoon and a very chipped mug, was a little unacceptable really! Only one sugar sachet I’m a twin room, and no coffee. Our room door didn’t lock properly from the inside I’m sure what we paid for two nights could have covered the cost of those little essentials!

The location is in the city center, where you can reach all the attractions on foot very quickly. The place was heated. The water was hot, though it takes some time for the hot water to reach the shower. Communication via WhatsApp is very easy, and they are very responsive.

For this price, the apartment should be refreshed, as it is clearly very old. The air conditioning is very old and very loud, especially at night when it turns on. If people are looking for rest, it will likely be disruptive.

Great location and very friendly staff. The room itself was cosy.

A layer of paint would do the room well, also a plastic bottle had been missed in a corner which made me wonder how thoroughly they cleaned.

Great location, very close to the city center. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. A bit expensive but I suppose those are the prices for Venice in general.

There was a blood stain on one of the pillows. The manager changed the pillow, thank you. There was also a strange thing hanging from the ceiling- like a dirty sock. It is probably covering something related to ventilation, but I would recommend to find a better solution. It was a bit cold during the night.

location!! its infront of H&M, Guess, etc. & its very close to everything especially the port for transportation where the boats are going to & from airport, or everywhere.

the pillow, its as thin as the folded towel but no worries i requested more & it was delivered in an instant. also the aircon, its not working at all but thanks God to the high tech electric fan 😆

I really dont understand the bad reviews I’ve read about this hotel. Everything was so clean, the whole place smells nice, the receptionist was really nice to us as well. Of course, the hotel is not the newest so it’s not aestethically 100% perfect but I think for the price it is much better than expected. Also the bathroom was really nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Windows were soundproof (it’s convenient since the hotel is in the absolute center). We had a really nice and comfortable stay. Thank you so much.

Fantastic location, easy to find. 7 minutes walk from nearest water bus station, plenty of shops/cafes around. Rooms could benefit from renovation TBF, but you don't spend much time in there anyway:)

No one at reception late so needs additional arrangements

Very traditional and quaint. Bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Staff were lovely. And the bonus is, you can leave your bags after checking out if you had a late flight, then go back for them later. Would definitely stay here again. Cheap and cheerful.

Location is great , the rooms are warm and well furnished and decorated, good and big bathroom, and a lot of places to eat and go grocerry shop nearby.

No breakfast and no even glasses was provided to make a tea. Tea bags were not available, Cleaners forgot to clean the cups and take waya the waste. Linen were not all clean.
