Very central. Wonderful staff especially the ladies at the counter. Great breakfast. I needed a phone charger and was provided with one. Also on my last day I mistakenly broke a few bowls but they didn’t charge me anything which was so generous of them. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Regards to Elnora and Anne.

1. I couldnt close the curtains. I tried my best but they shut only one fourth of the way. I am used to being in complete darkness when I sleep so I had to wake up early as the room was bright early in the morning. I tried my best to fix the curtains but they just wouldn’t move. 2. No phone in the room

It was very close to St. Mark’s square and very convenient with everything around for food and shopping

Our room was quite small, not the one showed to the photos when we booked the hotel and I was quite disappointed. We didn’t even have a chair to hang or put something on

Location, Location, Location, this hotel right in heart of Venice and easily accessible from either Rialto or St Marks square, due to time of day( 3pm) we used Water bus 2 to St Marks Square. Hotel room was good size and bed medium hard, really nice and quiet and breakfast was standard continental style. Loved the gave you bottle of Fizzy wine in the room at no extra charge. Staff were very helpful and polite.Room decor was Venetian style so bit dark but good.

We had room 109 and shower entrance was struggle if you of large build but once in it was good, breakfast is tight squeeze and I’m surprised the hotel doesn’t utilise the area near the desk.

Location was incredible. It was a 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square and everything else was a quick 5-10 minute walk. They provided a welcome bottle of prosecco which was a great surprise and we loved our room looking straight down the ancient street.

The shower had no where to put anything. There was no hooks for the towels. The towels and other linens were just as ancient as the hotel. They should get replaced. Just bc the building and room is ancient doesn’t mean the bed, and linens need to be.

The location is absolutely the best and everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was simple but good. The drama of the room was fun.

The room was small but the bathroom was tiny. The opening of the shower is maybe 35cm so it was really tight and the shower itself is really small. The only shelf in the bathroom was sagging and things rolled of it. The AC leaked and the pillows were very flat.

Great location. 5 minute walk to St Mark's square & 8/10 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. I stayed in single room which was just as advertised. Although the room was slightly smaller than I imagined but it was clean & had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily & fresh towels daily too. Breakfast was fresh & adequate. Staff were friendly & helpful. I had no problems checking in or out.

The hotel is ideally located behind St. Mark’s Square, making it easy to reach any of the city’s attractions. It offers cozy rooms faces a bustling narrow street furnished in Venetian style. The recently renovated contemporary bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. A welcoming bottle of Champagne was in our room upon arrival. A cute, charming, large cat usually stays on the staircase, ‘safeguarding’ the hotel.

Accessibility may be limited due to the lack of an elevator and the setting of the hotel on the first and it's rooms on the second floor.

Safe and easy to find. Nice restaurant on the premise. Wonderful staff. The room is authentically Venetian and the bed was very comfortable. The location is close to both San Marco and Rialto to make it ideally convenient while still staying peaceful.

Would have preferred an upgrade on the coffee, which is a commercial automatic machine. There is no decaffeinated coffee either.

The location and the staff! Almost equal distance between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. You hear the church bells from San Marco for what seemed like a full minute at midnight. ❤️ Only a couple of small bridges to lug your suitcase from public transportation. I’m 72 with a 45 lb suitcase and a backpack so this was very important to me! Quiet area. Plenty of restaurant choices within a few yards. My single room was very small but more than adequate for a solo traveler. Security getting in and out was very easy and I felt very secure. Decor was kind of vintage chic. From the moment I arrived (thinking to just store my luggage but my room was ready early) Princess and Anna made my stay sooo comfortable and easy. Both spoke perfect English and were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good cold breakfast. I thought the site said it started at 7 am but, at least for my stay, it started at 8 am. Tip for travelers a little new to small hotel travel: Bring a European adapter for US electrical devices.

No elevator but this is very common in these older establishments. Ground floor is solely entry, reception on second floor, my room was on third floor. Staff was super great in helping me get my suitcase up upon arriving and down upon leaving.

The hotel was located right by the train and bus station which was great for getting around Roma to see everything you needed to see,lots of places to eat,the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were lovely,the thing I loved about it was there was a full unit in the hallway where we could help yourself to the little goodies left out
