I stayed with my family for 2 nights. We loved staying with Sara. She gave us very detailed instructions for check-in. She prepared an excellent breakfast, taking into account our dietary restrictions (my wife is vegetarian, so she got plant-based milk). The location is excellent, very close to Piazza San Marco and the Basilica and many other Venice attractions. The room was cozy and matched the description.

The room's window is next to a street with a lot of tourists, so it can be noisy until 11pm-midnight. However, this is understandable as most streets in Venice are generally packed with people.

The location is amazing!! 2 min walk from attractions. Lovely coffee shop/bar/restaurant right on your doorstop. Lovely comfy bed and air conditioned. Very large room. The staff are lively and were so helpful. They were texting us before the visit to advise us too. It is slightly difficult to find but I think most places are in Venice. To help… when you get in the the little square with tables and chairs loo for the tour shop when that is in your right go to the end of there and turn right, it’s the third door on your right.

The bathroom is tired but this didn’t bother us at all.

Our hosts Sara and Elisa were amazing!! Very warm and welcoming and so hospitable! The communication was excellent! The directions to the hotel are clear and easy to find. The room was so clean and comfortable. And the breakfast brought right to you in the morning was exceptional. They went above and beyond! Also gave us great recommendations for dinner!! Everything met our expectations and more!! Thank you Sara and Elisa!!!!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. The room decor was very atmospheric; I have never seen such nice furniture in a hotel before. You can set the time you want to have breakfast every day, what is very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfasts are delicious, you can eat fresh fruits and warm croissants every day. The hotel staff is very nice. I have not met such friendly, kind, and helpful people in a long time. Choosing this hotel was a great idea.

Our stay at Venice was very good, the B&B was very well located, near Vaporeto, Rialto Bridge, and close to San Marco's Piazza. The room was small but very comfortable. Personnel, was very kind, Sara communicated with us to give us directions, and also was expecting us outside (very helpful since Venice is a maze). The breakfast was very good served in the room. They were very kind to allow us leaving our bags after check out, to give a last walking on the city.

Everything was good

The property is a walk up Bed and Breakfast with 3 rooms and a small private bath. The staff was incredibly kind and even went out of their way to help manage a luggage issue. They communicate very well and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was plenty and the room was plenty comfortable for the amount of time we spent there.

For us it was just perfect. Keep perspective that this is a 1200 year old building and the bathrooms work well but are small.

We spent 10 days in Italy staying in Rome, Venice and Verona and Ca’ Della Loggia was the best choice ever! Grazie mille to the host who was so welcoming! The room is so lovely, cosy and made with all love and warmth of the ladies who own it- with small little things that brings soul to the apartment. The location is 2 min from San Marco- which allowed us to enjoy Venice at the sunrise and at the empty Piazza di San Marco walking around in silence and relax. The delicious breakfast was served in the room - again so heart warming and with all welcoming and caring attitude! We left our luggage there after check out which helped us a lot. Loving the place so much! Thank you!

All was wonderful!

The hosts was amazing. Breakfast was perfect and very well catered towards individuals. Staff gave recommendations for restraunts and locations. The owners dog was also such a good and beautiful boy!!!

It was very accessible in the centre of town so if you're not a night owl and don't sleep after 10pm expect it to be loud and busy as you're right next to one of the most popular gelatos.

A typical location for the narrow streets of Venice, very close to San Marco square. The first shock, in the good sense I think, was the room with all that stupe in the old Venetian style. The pictures say it all. The second was breakfast - I expected there to be a special space for this, but in the morning, our kind host served us breakfast... in the room. Otherwise, everything we needed, even an older air conditioner that saved us from the sweltering summer nights.

Particularly appreciated the personal communications from Sarah (manager/owner?) prior to our trip. Her very clear instructions and responses to my questions made a complicated arrival and departure process much easier. It’s a tiny place and we very much felt like welcome guests, almost as if we were staying in someone’s home. Location halfway between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square is about as close to perfect as you can get if you want to be in the heart of the action. Breakfast (served in our room as there is no common area) was excellent and they tailored the food selection to our preferences.

The flip side of an awesome central location is that it can be noisy both late at night and early in the morning. Our windows were directly above a VERY busy street. This is Venice, so ‘value’ is a relative term - nothing is cheap in this town but in relative terms the price was fair. Could be a plus or a minus but anyone booking this property needs to understand that it is NOT a hotel, it is a B&B. There are really no services or amenities outside of the room - though the hosts are very helpful and accommodating.
