We only needed a place for one night as we had messed up our flight booking and by the time we realised that we needed an extra night the place we were already staying in was fully booked. So we found this place which was actually very convenient for our last night, it was so close to the airport boat transfer. We messaged as we needed to leave our cases, we had rather large cases and were staying further away in Venice so wanted to walk early before the streets were full. This was no problem, even though we arrived four hours before check in time, they not only allowed us to leave our bags, but actually rushed to prepare our room and allowed us to check in early. This was so kind and helpful, and much appreciated, as was the welcome drink. The room was a little snug, as we had booked the small double which was the only one available, if I stayed again I would book a larger room, although for one night it was fine. Lovely quirky Venetian place to stay, staff were amazing and so helpful, and little complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I am a bit of a panicker and we needed to leave early for the airport, so although our breakfast was ready early, unfortunately we left without having it.

Nothing really, a little small, but fine for one night ( would have booked larger room if available). Could be a little hard to find if you don't know Venice, or are coming from a different direction.

Me and my sisters stayed at this hotel for my sisters 21st birthday and we loved it! We were kindly given some complimentary Prosecco on arrival which was lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the breakfast delivered to our door was delicious. There were plenty of options to choose from and the lady who delivered the breakfast was so smiley and friendly. Matteo was also so helpful, he sent us a video with directions to the hotel and he went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is located in the centre of Venice, shops and restaurants right on your door step and very close to the main attractions. The hotel has a unique look on the inside which we also loved. The beds were comfy, rooms were nicely heated and streaming services such as Netflix were available. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay in Venice :)

The owners were amazing. Their communication was amazing and their directions were perfect. They were always avaliable to answer any questions and they always answered very quickly. Breakfast was amazing... lots of it...at a time we wanted and the complimentary mini bar was a lovely little touch. They also helped carry the bags down the stairs for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but cosy with lovely decorations all fitting in perfect with venice. I shouldn't imagine anywhere has large rooms! So for the size I think they have got them really well organised. The location was absolutely perfect very central. Plenty of signs on arrival explaining the city tax. Absolutely loved our little stay here ❤️

Maybe a light above the door and a sign on the wall by the entrance but I wondered if there was a reason out if the owners control why they can't do this. But the directions they gave were that good with the video it didn't really need the sign.

My son and I recently stayed at the Residenza La Loggia B&B in Venice and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from many of Venice’s key attractions, including the iconic Rialto Bridge. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, and the proximity to the Rialto Ferry stop was a huge plus. One standout feature of the hotel is the video provided by the owner, which offers clear and detailed walking directions from the Rialto Ferry stop to the hotel. This thoughtful touch was incredibly helpful, especially given Venice’s labyrinthine streets. The staff at Residenza La Loggia were both knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and were always ready to offer tips and recommendations for making the most of our time in Venice. Breakfast at the hotel was a real treat. It was beautifully presented, with a selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and other delights, setting a perfect tone for the day. The room itself was spotless and tastefully decorated in traditional Venetian style, adding to the charm of the experience. The efficient in room air conditioner made the room a great retreat after a day of exploring in the August heat. Overall, Residenza La Loggia B&B offers a delightful combination of location, comfort, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Venice.

Lovely room with comfortable good-sized bed, good aircon, small fridge, safe, nice bathroom and only two short flights of stairs. Easy access from Rialto water bus station. Delicious breakfast with warm, fresh croissants and bread rolls, assorted fruits, cheese and cold cuts, yoghurt, juice, and coffee of your choice. Matteo was very helpful and accommodating with after-hours access instructions and directions along with recommendations for restaurants. It helped make our stay in Venice an all-round fantastic experience.

Perfect. The staff were exceptional - they sent us detailed instructions on how to find the property from the train. When we arrived they helped us up the stairs with our bags and offered us a bottle of Prosecco. The rooms were very comfortable - had AC, a comfortable bed, very quiet and a great shower. Light breakfast delivered each morning at your preferred time (you do so much eating at lunch and dinner that a light meal is great). The location was fabulous.

I loved that this property was 5 min walk from rialto bridge. It made travelling from airport so easy. The communication was brilliant …. When I landed I had received a text message informing me of all the ways I could find the hotel. On arrival the member of staff met us downstairs and carried our bags up. (All messages I sent to hotel were also answered so quickly) the room was clean and we were offered arrival drinks. We could walk to so many of the main attractions that people suggest and as we were only staying one night it enabled us to see so much really quickly. Breakfast was incredible and bought to our room and the staff were lovely. I would book again if I ever went back!

Location was perfect- very central but down a quiet side street. Room was very tastefully decorated and well-equipped, despite being one of the smaller doubles. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and delicious bread and croissants. Communication and directions to the location were extremely helpful and detailed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

The location was great . The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The breakfast was over the top. We ask for less food the second morning as it was way too much for the 2 of us. The host was very helpful and gave us great advice on places to eat as well as great suggestions on visiting the Islands Murano and Burano , it was a highlight of our time in Venice.

I wish we had seen Venice back in its day before tourism changed it. As far as the accommodations go , my only complaint would be the strong “perfume”’smell in the room. It made it hard to sleep even though the beds were so comfortable. We slept with the heat cranked and the windows open to dilute the aroma.

Location is superb, easy access from Rialto stop or a 30min walk from the station. 5 mins to St Marks square and the major attractions. Can get most places within 20 min walk. Staff are fantastic and very helpful with local knowledge, transport and restaurant recommendations. Rooms are basic but very clean and a real Venetian experience. Great continental breakfast served in your room. Highly recommended.
