Excellent location. 5 minutes, walk from Rialto Bridge. 100m to St Mark's Square. 20 restaurants within 2 minutes, walk. Very quite location, but right on a lovely canal. We stayed in a Junior Suite, with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Big bed for parents and a bunk bed for teens. And we had enough room, in fact, for Venice we though our suite was very large. Recently renovated, large bathroom. Good coffee machine too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grabbed a gokdola ride right outside the hotel. Lovely little bar just across the way for Campari spritz and coffee.

Nothing, we were impressed. This is our third visit to Venice and this is by far the best place we've stayed in.

As already mentioned many times, the location is amazing, right in the heart of Venice in 2 steps from San Marco in quiet alleyway. The room is small as mostly in Venice but cute and contains almost all you need.

Due to Numa group rules they don’t change towels and don’t clean room during your stay, which is fine for 1-2 nights but we stayed 6 nights and for such “long” stays it would be good to get clean towels and linens at least once. However we asked the girl at the reception and she was ok to give us clean towels. The yard is under construction and the workers come under your windows early in the morning. It wasn’t a problem for us but keep in mind if you like to sleep longer than 8 am.

amazing location! very clean and nice accommodations. we had a view right on top of the canal.

it is a little hard to find but that’s what makes it quaint. also it is quite far from the train station, so do not bring a ton of luggage, it’s hard getting through the cobble stone streets and over the bridges with heavy luggage.

The apartment is new, modern, clean, large - good for us three guests. It had Netflix! The internet service is very good and easy to use. The apartment is close to St. Mark's Square. Communicating with the hosts is easy. They were very responsive and gave information fast enabling us to decide fast also and be reassured. They accommodated our requests such as three extra pillows, earlier check-in, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The amenities were great! There were two bathrooms. The ensuite toilet shower enclosure was large, and the faucets and shower were working well. There was hot and cold water in the faucets and showers. The apartment had a large kitchen cum dining room. The kitchen was furnished. It had pots and pans, plates and utensils, glasses, and cups and saucers. They provided free water, oilve oil, and salt. There were fresh and quality sheets, pillows and beds, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash, and toilet paper. The hairdryer is powerful and heavy duty. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor, as well and an iron. This place is superb!

Cotton buds would have been nice. A little divider between the King size bed, and the extra bed for privacy would be much appreciated.

The location is amazing- about 2 minutes walking to San Marco square. View of small canal is beautiful. Apartment is newly renovated so all feels fresh and new. Very clean. Bed linen sufficient and pillows good. Easy to access building. Great having 2 bathrooms & 2 singles plus 1 double. Wifi worked great. Lift access with normal sized ( newish) lift. Heating worked well in sleeping area and easy to control. Nice apartment- would definetly repeat.

Kitchen equipment sparse (4 only of each item). Extensive Building work outside- start banging at 7 am. Bit cramped in sleeping room-I’d put sofa in living area, not bedroom!

Great central location for exploring Venice! Check in was easy, good communication from the host. We stayed in the medium room with canal view which was spacious and comfortable!

The shower wasn’t the best for power but if you’re only staying a few nights it’s manageable! Also bad smell from bathroom but I guess that’s a Venice thing not the properties fault! There is building work going on until 30th November which if you’re only using the apartment as a base won’t be an issue but if you plan on spending long periods in the apartment it could get annoying!

The apartment was perfect for a family of 3 or 4- Spacious, modern and with all the facilities one would need. Communication with AI customer service was clear and prompt. Location was amazing! The main bedroom faces the canal. The apartment is 3 minutes from San Marco piazza and close to a lot of great restaurants and cafes. It comes free with storage after or before check-in. We had an excellent overall.

They can put out more tea bags. We drink black tea and ran out of it.

Good location. It’s close to most of the attractions (about 10 -15 mins walk). The apartment is spacious and clean. Our room even has a view to the canal where we can see gondola riding every day. Good communication with the property owner with WhatsApp which is good.

Nothing particularly, just the room temperature is fixed that we felt a bit cold in the evening, blankets available would be great for those in need.

Amazing canal view and just a few steps to St Mark’s Square, this modernised palazzo with icy air conditioning and clean, white, quiet minimalist bedrooms is perfect as an explorer’s base. So exciting to arrive by water taxi through the old river entry. Polite and helpful staff. There is a fantastic cafe just outside the private courtyard which serves a well priced and delicious breakfast.

Twin room was slightly small with a bunk bed rather than twin beds - so just be fully aware when booking.

The location was perfect, easy to get anywhere, but it was like a flat, not like a hotel. Hotel has a reception)

The bathroom was with broken towels hooks, and cracked wash basin, the room doesn’t have a wardrobe, there was a stick with hangers, so we hold half our clothes in the luggage. There’s a little fridge in the room, but empty) we really wanted to drink a glass of water after a long journey , but unfortunately it wasn’t there. I think its overpriced
