Great location, really helpful staff, clean and well equipped room. We checked in after the designated hours due to the time our train arrived but they were so accommodating and helpful! Being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a real blessing too. The air-conditioning was really appreciated as a break from the 30°C heat outside.

Literally the only thing that might deduct was the stairs. There's no lift, (as is quite common and typical of old venetian properties, and somewhat adds to the charm). The reception is on the third floor, and our room on the fourth. They are tightly turning stairs, so made me a tiny bit dizzy going round and round ( in fairness I get dizzy turning on the spot once, so this isn't surprising!). However some might struggle with luggage. We were only staying a short trip so our luggage was light, and the stairs didn't really bother us.

The location is excellent, only a few minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. The room was spacious, cosy and nicely decorated. It was cleaned every day and the towels were changed, too. The staff was very polite and helpful.

There was a smell from the bathroom even though it was very clean. The shower cabin was very small. There was no duvet cover on the bed, only a single sheet on top of which the blanket was put. The breakfast could have been more varied.

Great continental+ breakfast for 4 euro. Excellent location only about 100 yds off of S.Marcos Square, easy walk to Rialto. Good neighborhood, quiet at night. Lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable, with a fridge. Comfotably appointed.The bed was great. Bathroom ok, with good hot water. We had a nice view of the church next door and the shopping way below. All the 'streets' are narrow walkways. The complete lack of land vehicles was fabulous.

The shower was miniscule and i had to consider carefully how to pickup the shampoo I'm 5'7" and 135 lbs, and flexible. But the shower head was good with nice control. We knew we were on a high floor and there is no lift. Be aware the stairs are tight. Once inside the locked street door we left our bags on the first landing and took them up one at a time. Still, we would def stay again. Location!

Little room in San Marco Location is great ! 3 mins to St. Mark’s Square and St. Mark’s Basilica Room is small but you probably don’t need more. It did have a round table with few chairs, small desk spot with undercounter fridge and the armoire. bathroom was also small - shower is really tiny - I’m small about 5’2” and 105 lbs and I fit but might be harder for some people. Please note, that the hotel is on 4 or 5th floors (I forget) and you have to use stairs to get up carrying the luggage :) We were fine since we are on the younger and healthy side , however may not suit for other people . Room was clean but really outdated and definitely in need of remodelling and redecorating. breakfast was good :) Check in process was quick and without issues. Overall , good experience . We didn’t spend much time in the room. Bed was fine!

Small bathroom

Located very close to St. Mark square, literally at the heart of Venice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though it was in a busy part of town, there was good sound insulation, that is rare in Venice. Breakfast was also provided.

It was on the third floor, and in Venice buildings are old and have no elevator. For people with limited mobility that can be a hurdle.

We loved our stay at Casa Sul Molo, it is very close to San Marco Square (2mins), it was very comfortable and clean. The lady at the reception was very nice with us. The breakfast it is exactly as described, it’s a simple breakfast but it’s more than enough to start the day. I don’t really recommend this for a family with kids for various reasons, mainly because it’s close to the clock tower and you can hear the bell during the day, also because the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the other room.

Everything was just perfect location was perfect right next to all main attractions 2 min walk from the centre, couldn’t fault it at all all the staff are absolutely lovely and so catering, breakfast is super cute, room service and so affordable at 5 euros per person I would absolutely recommend this hotel highly to anyone visiting Venice just beautiful in every way

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured the space was tidy and inviting throughout my stay. The location was convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I would gladly return on my next visit!

Breakfast excellent, couldn't eat it all, Elianna was friendly & knowledgeable. Room was fine for the cost. Didn't expect a lift (although it would've been nice). Location was fantastic.

Kettle wasn't plugged in to the right adaptor.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was a short walking distance from the square and close to a variety of places to eat and buy things. My room was relatively, quiet, I could barely hear noise from the outside which made for a good night's sleep. I really liked the concept of having breakfast being brought up to the room, that was definitely my favorite part. The staff was so friendly and we definitely enjoyed our two-night stay!

The stairs to the reception were a bit of a workout for my parents but we understood that it was part of the architecture, however, the wonderful stay completely made up for that.
