I adored this hotel! It was old world elegance and details with modern amenities in the most optimum location, quiet but close to everything important. Great lovers of Venice, the vibe of the hotel, blended beautifully with the splendor of La Serenissima and the staff's assistance and recommendations were of a level I had not encountered in a very long time. Having stayed in Venice many times, this hotel exceeded our expectations and I will not stay anywhere else upon my return. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, served elegantly with Pandoro for Christmas and a view of the Basilica San Marco!

The room was little small and I'd like to know how to ensure a room with a bit more view next time? Towards the end of breakfast, the clean-up staff started banging dishes around behind us, uncharacteristic it seems for this hotel that prides itself on service. Lastly, I think the carpets in the common areas appear ready for an upgrade but in the scheme of everything wonderful we experienced there, this was a minuscule item.

The location was in the heart of the most desired area: San Marco. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The shower was nice with a strong water flow. Plenty of room around the toilet. Nice restaurants right out front.

Our beds were two twin beds on wheels. They were pushed together but they wouldn't stay together. When we tried to get close to each other, they would push apart and make it where one of us would have fallen to the floor. I asked the hotel staff if they could lock the wheels and they had no support. This would have been very easy to address.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. As far as location, it was somewhat inconvenient getting to and from the train station/ airport, but it was where I spent the majority of my time. It was so easy to just run up and drop some bags or change my shoes.

Though I love the room keys and the system they have in place, having something a little more modern (like a key card) would have been more convenient.

Location, location, location! Hotel Concordia is perfectly situated a stones throw from St Marks Square with a street of great restaurants to the front of the hotel. Comfortable room, good size. Friendly staff, great breakfast. The icing on the cake was chief barman Alexandro who was super friendly, makes great cocktails and made sure our trip to the bar at the end of the night rounded off a great day.

The air con in our room could have been a bit cooler, but Venice is very old and A/Ç wasn't great anywhere tbh.

Perfect location, nice spacious room. Roof terrace with view on the cathedral. Very nice. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very quite and peacfull in the room even though it is located in the city center.

Afterservice was lacking, I asked many times for the invoice. But never got it. Also no replies anymore. You have to give the keys from the hotelroom back each time you leave the hotel. I don't know what that is fore. But it is a small inconvenience.

Great location, lovely decor from the moment you walk in, love the cocktail bar, the lounge area, breakfast overlooking the Basilica, good selection at breakfast. Staff very lovely and helpful. I can’t believe how good it was value for money to be just off St marks square in January. Room was clean, bed large, linen good, turn down service, shower powerful. The room was a little dated but absolutely fine, all I wanted was coffee making facilities to be happy.

Our window looked out to a wall but what do you expect in Venice. If I looked left I saw the top of the Basilica. It would be great to make coffee in the room.

Fantastic location. Literally around the corner from St Mark’s it’s perfect to use as a base for exploring Venice. The porters are fantastic - reception is on the first floor (second if you are from the US) and can only be accessed by stairs, however, the porters will happily come down and carry your suitcases up for you.

Only thing that could have improved our stay would have been having a kettle and some complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

Fabulous location

No bannister or handrail up to the reception. It was raining and the stairs were marble so this could be a problem for some. Difficult to open the windows due to pelmet curtains hanging over then. We had a huge beautiful ball of lights hanging outside our wnfow but it meant the room was rather illuminated. * both of these issues would not stop us staying here again and we had a lovely stay.

Location is absolutely great! Nice large bathroom with super bathtub but no shower. Nice size room. Staff was nice and helpful.

Hallways are old, dark and dirty. Room needs upkeep specially rugs. Bathroom did not have a shower curtain that makes it very uncomfortable to take a bath. The hair dryer is one of those really old ones that are attached to the wall that don’t dry hair at all. No hair conditioner. You need to go up a flight of stairs to get to reception and elevator. Hotel charges for bottle of drinking water.

This hotel boasts an ideal location, making it the perfect choice for a short stay. I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness, the warm and welcoming staff, and the unbeatable location. A true gem in the heart of Venice's historic center, highly recommended!

What I didn’t like was my stay being too short. Next time, I’ll stay longer. I really enjoyed the place!
