Very clean, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was completelly enought for me expecting something basic and the place they served it at looked nice.
The room was not like on the picture, a much smaller but since i was alone it was enough. Initial wait for check-in was pretty long so the reception could profit from more staff at rush hour. It would also be nice to be informed on how to close the door so they are locked, because it is a bit hard and without instruction you might leave the room unlocked.

Great location…. So close to main attraction of San Marco Cathedral and ferry tours. It was great to stroll around the San Marco square, even at late evenings without bothering about getting back to the hotel. We were travelling with two kids (one of them a 2 yrs old) and glad to stay at this area because it was easy commuting from both airport and Venice train station. This area was close to the starting point of ferry tours and also to train station, where the bridges had ramps to push strollers and luggage bags unlike any other area of Venice (even Rialto bridge had no ramps, and ferries come there quite full being a mid-stop).
The breakfast was mediocre and we wished if there were any warm items included like eggs.

Location excellent. Family room for one night was satisfactory. Air conditioning was good. Decor could be updated but felt authentically Venetian.
Not a great welcome at reception not even a smile from the female receptionist. Laughed at us when we informed her we were early. Needs to be retrained.

The location is great! Just walk a couple of minutes south, and you're in Piazza San Marco. Walk about 7 minutes west, and you're at the Rialto Bridge. I'll add that the breakfast is good - sweet rolls, bread, jam and spreads, meats and cheese, cereal and yogurt, fruit juice and coffee/hot chocolate.
When we arrived, the elevator was not working. When I reserved, I made it clear the elevator was essential - that we could not carry our bags upstairs. We we told that we could leave our bags in the lobby until the elevator was fixed. No way. After traveling all night, we wanted to freshen up and get settled. And no offer that hotel staff would carry our bags upstairs. So I hauled the suitcases up the stairs from ground floor (0) to 2... only to discover even more stairs!

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Didn’t love how small the room was with its half a window BUT it was completely fine for price.

After reading bad reviews for this Hotel I was actually dreading our stay here and some of our family ended up booking another Hotel. But we were actually pleasantly surprised. The night manager checked us in and we didn’t encounter any rudeness. The Hotel has loads of character as a Venetian hotel. The rooms and bathroom were clean but the shower curtain should’ve been replaced as the bottom of it was on the mouldy side. No bed bugs! I checked thoroughly as reviews were stating it had bed bugs. The bedding was clean. Location was perfect. Had everything close by . Price not bad for centre of Venice.
Breakfast was very basic. We didn’t worry that much as we were only there for one night but if we had more nights the breakfast would’ve been poor, not a lot of choices. Shower curtain in bathroom was mouldy at the bottom.

We liked our room on the 4th floor. It was small, but this is to be expected in 3 star hotels in Venice. It was clean and the housekeepers did an excellent job of keeping it up everyday. From the top floor of the hotel we were above the street noise, for the most part. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonably equipped. Breakfast was adequate, fresh croissants every morning! The location of this hotel is excellent, just off piazza San Marco. The hotel hastypically Venitian decor.
The breakfast room was very crowded. It could’ve been organized a bit better to accommodate the flow of traffic.

The room we stayed in was accessed from a separate entrance to the hotel, which was just around the corner and our room, at the top of the building, offered views of the top of San Marco Basillica. Once I had initially gotten over the height (which in most people's standards is not that high), it was an amazing location with beautiful, unique views and surrounded by restaurants and small takeouts up the side streets of San Marco. We were five minutes away from San Zaccaria Alilalguna stop, which offers routes in almost any direction. Including Murano and Burano. The room itself was typically venetian, old, and needed slight maintenance. It could have been cleaner (behind the bedside tables), and the hairdryer was functional but certainly older than me. The shower worked but was kind of in the middle of the bath rather than to the side, so it was difficult to shower properly without getting the floor soaked. The bed was comfortable, and overall, the room offered all you need, including a fridge and safe, additional blankets, and a TV. We would definitely stay here again.
The shower needs to be looked at. The positioning of the head of the shower is restrictive and doesn't offer a nice experience. The cleanliness should be addressed, specifically behind the furniture.

We only needed a room in Venice for one night and this place was available last minute. It wasn't too expensive, at least compared to other places in Venice, and they included a nice, free breakfast, and they were very accomodating with letting us store our luggage there for a few hours after checking out.
Our only complaint was that the room was quite hot at night. I think the heat was on because it was a bit chilly outside, but when I tried to adjust the thermostat to see if I could turn down the heat, it didn't seem to make much difference.
