The breakfast was outstanding with such great service from Rafelle. He had such a cheerful disposition and made me smile each day. He went out of his way to provide us with restaurant suggestions. The room was large and roomy. The location was perfect. Very close to San Marco square with plenty of shopping and food choices.

The plumbing in the hotel could be updated. Showers flooded the floor whenever we took a shower. The room walls are very thin and noises could nerd easily. Noise from outside was pretty loud especially when the windows were open. The air conditioner could be better but I would rebook here in a second. None of these things would deter me from staying there again.

We had a fantastic experience! Beautiful view of the canal with the bridge of sighs right outside my window. Extremely flexible and attentive staff, there were no issues with a late check-in. The google maps location for this hotel is slightly off (as for many locations in Venice it turns out), but after calling the hotel, they immediately were able to help us find the correct entrance and get us checked in no problem. The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything! The complimentary room service breakfast was a great bonus!

There were points where it was loud at night or in the morning since it's so close to the touristy high-trafficked areas and the gondolas went right underneath our window. We had no issues with the windows closed.

To start, we arrived by boat from the airport, straight to the hotel door. We felt like we were in a James Bond movie! Breakfast was to die for every morning. Our room with the balcony, with a view of the Bridge of Sighs, was straight out of a fairy tale. Venice at its finest. Old world luxury. Close to everything. This was one of my favorites of our European vacation. Can't wait to come back.

Nothing not to like about this hotel.

Firstly what an fantastic location in Venice! Just 2 mins from Piazza San Marco.Our room was beautiful and ornately decorated and made you feel like you were stepping back into ventian time and culture. View from window was of the canal and it was lovely to look at the gondolas going by. All of the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We had our breakfast served in our room daily, by Raphael, and it had a great selection of options to choose from and was delicious. We would highly recommend a stay in this hotel if visiting Venice.

To be honest it is hard find anything to dislike.

Location is very close to S. Marco (less than 1 min by walking) and any other famous places. Room is fantastic, every details are very elegant and comfortable. We assumed we would had been living in 18th century. Front desk is very nice and guided us very carefully. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. Breakfast service to room is good, but i think there should be some improvement about choices. Raffaele who served our breakfast is a cool man, thanks a lot to him

The location of the hotel is simply amazing. Our view from our window looked out at the canals and the Bridge of Sighs. Entering the room for the first time, the decor was perfect for Venice. Large room with 4 post bed, a great bathroom and shower with extremely high pressure shower. The breakfast selection was great, and delivered to the room every morning based on when you chose. Our attendant (Roberto) was amazing, and friendly. Close to Doge's palace.

The only potential hiccup of our stay was that we were arriving late at night from London. The front desk at the hotel closes at 10:00 pm and we were arriving later. Thankfully the water taxi we took, brought us to the sister hotel, and they checked us in. If we had used alternate transportation we may have been confused or had problems checking in.

Location is perfect if you plan on seeing the major tourist attractions. We were able to return to our room and drop off souvenirs and freshen up throughout the day. The breakfast service in our room exceeded expectations.

There was an issue with the plumbing during our stay. Each time you used the water (sink, shower, toilet) the plumbing made high pitched noises that took manipulation of the faucet handles to stop the noise.

Hotel is absolutely superb. Excellent location few steps away from San Marco square and the centre of Venice . Easily accessible from Piazza de La Roma , very close to Rialto bridge . Close to selection of very good restaurants near by . Breakfast is served in the room by Raffaello at no extra cost .Raffaello is extremely friendly and very helpful, recommends very good restaurants. There is excellent selection of cold and hot breakfast dishes . All in all excellent value for money . We will be back again !

There is nothing not to like

The room was amazing, very clean, bed was amazing and so comfortable. The location was superamazing.

For this amount of money, complimentary water is allowed for the first day only !!!. It costs only 2£. The break fast was good but first day they they brought more bread than we asked but the second day they reduced it to half. There is one electric socket to use for kettle and coffee machine, so you need to switch between them every time u want to use.

The breakfast served in the room was awsome. Room butler an amazing guy, experienced and very helpful. Location awsome, view awsome. Very helpful staff in the reception too. They made us a small surprise for our birthday, living cookies and a note in our room. Big and spacious room with baroque furniture makes you feel like aristocracy 😊 I would definately stay again to this hotel.
