Location was great and the restaurant next to reception was yummy and affordable! Highly recommend the bruschetta! Staff were very friendly and check in and out was super easy!

Rooms were quite small but we were only staying for a short time and only had carry on luggage so it was very convenient for us! Bit of loud banging outside around 7am but you’re in the middle of a city so it’s not unexpected!

The hotel is in a fabulous location near all main attractions, nice restaurants and shops just outside creating a nice atmosphere. The staff were helpful and breakfast was more than I expected and great coffee to start the day. The room was very clean and fresh, we stayed in a room for 3, and whilst its wasn't a big room it didn't feel too small with the high ceiling and simple fresh decor. Its a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Nothing I didn't like, its was perfect. I would recommend the hotel to add a photos of the street outside to profile, sharing the atmosphere.

It is more than a 2 stars hotel, at least 3 stars. We were in the Annex , which I suppose was recently renovated, also it was in a very quiet back alley 1 min. walk from the main building. The room was spacious and had all the required amenities. The location is unbeatable. Strongly recommend. Would definitely go again. The receptionist help us with the luggage. Thanks.

No elevator in Annex. The price of the breakfast is fair. No English speaking staff in restaurant. No wheelchair access.

At first glance, we were worried. It is a two star hotel, and furthermore, our rooms were in a separate entrance overlooking a service alley. However, once inside, the look is modern, and you have everything you need. Cleaning services were spot on - we were also given one bottle of water per person each day (nice touch). Reception services were better than some other places I have been to. Wifi was very good. Location was uper, piazza San marco, and the water taxis are within 8 min walk. Also loads of restaurants around the hotel, including a Michelin restaurant.

Our entrance to the rooms was in a service alley. It was quiet, but we had restaurant kitchen windows overlooking our rooms. Some extra attention to cleaning (under the bed)

The location was excellent it’s right in the center .

The annex stairs can be more wider it was narrow it’s very difficult to walk and the bathroom was very very small .

Location was perfect, near lots of restaurants, close to seafront and Piazza San Marco. Walking distance from the biennale We had top floor room which has a steep internal staircase between bathroom and sleeping area. However, we were given a choice between this one and another one and we chose this one. This room had character, lovely high ceiling with beams overlooking the rooftops of Venice. The photos don't do the room justice Breakfast was lovely, coffee prepared by staff, small selection of croissants, cereal and some cooked items and typical for Europe in my experience

There were a few things that needed attention like some paint flaking from the shower screen but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the room.

The most correct rate of the hotel it would be 8,5. Because I think, 8 would be too small, 9 - too big. Our Apartment had two bedrooms. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The biggest advantage of this place is its location (few minutes from St Mark's square, there are a lot of shops and places to eat or have a drink near by). Second large advantage, that after check out you can leave your luggage in reception.

Rooms were small, on the top floor, you mast climb steepy narrow steps to get there. Family room was not in the main building. Windows of the rooms faced the wall and windows of the main hotel. In case there was restaurants kitchen on the ground floor, there was smell from there. The price for room was too big, but its Veniece!!! 🤍

The location next to Piazza San Marco was perfect. And the little square by the hotel had several nice restaurants The staff was super friendly and the AC kept the room cool in +34 degrees C. USB chargers by the beds.

The hallways in the annex was a bit faded and worn. The shower was missing one of its doors so water splattered out on the floor. Bathroom door could not be closed properly. Breakfast was basic but ok. The location made up for all shortcomings!

Very helpful staff. Our air conditioning didn't work so well in the room we were Givenchy at first. It didn't take long to persuade the personel to get a different room. This time the AC worked perfecty. All together, the stay was pleasant, breakfast was better than Italian standard and location was amazing. 3 restaurants located in direct proximity of the hotel and lits of boitiques. 2 min walk from St Mark's square. Great stay.

The hotel location was good. It is easily accessible to all places of interest. Especially it was walking distance to St Mark Square about 5 mins and Doge Palace. There were practically sidewalk cafes, pizzeria, and trattoria around the whole hotel area. The whole place was abuzz with people, shops, eating, drinking, all day long

There's Nothing that I didn't like.
