The host is very welcoming, charming & helpfull. The room is very spacious, we were 3 with a small dog, beautifully decorated and very clean. the beds are very comfortable we slept like babies. Ideally situated at 250 meters from the plazza San Marco, it's extremely convenient to discover venise. However being on the locanderia canal, is quiet at night to have comfortable night of rest eventhough your are in heart of Venise. the room have A/C and on each floor you have a common kitchen area at your discretion- very usefull -. We highly recommend this establishement for a short or a long stay in Venise.

Good location! Easy access and short walk to important spots. The property is old but well kept, clean and clear instructions. With daily room cleanups. I would recommend.

For the check-in they contact me via whatsapp with easy, fast communication and instructions on how to get to the property. Once we got in, and payed the city tax… i asked via whatsapp 3 times if they could recommend ways to get to the airport in the early morning (moving around in general in venice is not easy) for the check out and was ignored. I believe customer service should be as important on arrival as for departure.

The location was great. All the popular eateries and attractions were within 10-15 minute walk. The person at the reception was very helpful and I can't thank her enough. The room was bigger than expected and had modern facilities. Overall we had a great stay.

Probably should let the people know where to get down from Venezia station. We got down at Rialto from the ferry and it was a long 15 minute walk to the accommodation. Google maps didn't show us to get down at San Zaccaria. We were very tired after moving 5 luggage through uneven paths.

Had a room for 3 and the room was spacious always clean and the bathrooms the same. Great water pressure and alot of wardrobe space. Amazing location 7min walk to the main square. Fridge provided in the room.

Staff were not on the premises for 3 out of the 5 days. However if ever needed phone number was provided.

Great place to stay, fantastic location if you want to stay close to st marks square. Although only meters away for the centre of activity, the general area is lovely and quiet and away from any crowds. Exceptionally convenient too to the vaparetto lines 1, 2 etc

I stayed in the ground floor apartment and it is easy to hear other guests coming and going because they unfortunately tended to slam the door. It would be definitely worth putting up a note and giving guests a reminder to be gentle with the door and quiet on the stairs. An extra blanket for the bed would also be very welcome.

Gina was so hospitable and easy to communicate with via Booking. She made sure we got a room with a canal view and printed out our boarding passes for us before we left. The location was easy to find and centrally located. The building was easy enough to get into and we always felt safe.

I truly enjoyed the bed but my husband found it to be a little firm. Additionally, the tub/shower was somewhat difficult to get into/out of as there was no grab bar and the tub was higher than a traditional American tub.

Ideal location with St Marks Square and other famous attractions within easy walking distance. Also less than 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and water buses. The hotel is located in a quiet square but is a few steps away from a lively square with shops and restaurants.

The room was very clean and well-kept. The only thing that could be improved would be the shower cubicle, which although clean, would benefit from an upgrade at some point.

I liked the location very central to the city. The quick response via what's app and email was good and polite. We were allowed to bring a small dog with us without any extra charge. The rooms were situated side by side with our friends on the same floor. It was pretty easy to find and located in a quiet square in town. The room was warm at night and the sheets helped keep you warm.

I wish the windows had screens so that we could open the window and let allow any bugs to come in. I also wished the the air conditioner was working when we were there in November. The shower was a little small but I am kind of used to that when traveling in Europe.

Total worth to stay in hotel. Hotel location is Perfect to roam around Venice. Hotel hygiene is also very good. Receptionist was also very co operative.

Mirror was not present in room. ( Was present in washroom). Receptionist wasnot available physically for 24*7 but she was attentive on Phone ( No issue for us). Room temperature was bit low , heater temperature needs to higher especially in winter.

Great location, only 7 min from St. Marco Basilica! I had a great welcome at the hotel and was contacted before with the detailed explanation how to get to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. All necessary comfort for a short stay was there. The bathroom was also great!

Actually all was great! Maybe a little fridge to be added would be nice.
