I love my stay at Hotel Bridge. I was in Venice for a weekend and was a perfect place for lovers. I rated the property an 8 and only becase the AC was turned off by the cleaning people and we were not able to get it on. Not a major issue because Venice is place to be out of your room. Was only hard to freshen up for dinner in a hot room, this was the 3rd floor by the way. Love the 24hour desk person. You can leave and come back late and someone will always be available to allow you in the building. Safety is important.

The air conditioner unit. Don't completely shut it off after cleaning, we would leave for an early outing and wanted to come back to cool off during mid Sept heat peak. Otherwise, loved the price and location.

The staff is nice, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large enough to be just comfortable for one person or one person and a child.

They do not allow you to use the AC any time you want. They market their rooms as air-conditioned, but in my interpretation that doesn't mean just that the AC is installed, but rather that the AC is installed and I'm free to use it whenever I want, not only when the hotel thinks that outside is not already "cold enough". I highly value my ability to control my room's temperature, especially when I'm sleeping. You also need to climb a very steep and tight couple flight of stairs to get to your room, but it's doable. Just a little uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic, just behind San Marco so very close to all the attractions in St Mark’s Square but just a few streets back so quiet. It’s very easily accessible from the train station through a close vaporetto stop. It is filled with character and very historic, so a magical atmosphere. All the staff were warm and welcoming. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here.

This isn’t a complaint by any means, but just a heads up for future travellers that as this hotel is in an older building, there are no lifts/elevators so be prepared to haul your luggage up at least one, if not two, flights of stairs. I knew this before I booked the hotel so it wasn’t a surprise, but just keep it in mind if you have large or heavy bags!

The staff was friendly and helpful . The restaurant recommendation was one of the best dining experiences we have ever experienced. The room is small, but clean , and has outlets for charging at both bed sides. We enjoyed the location very much. There is a window which is nice.

The room is very small . The bathroom , also very small, needs a couple of hooks. A luggage rack would be helpful in the room. We needed the air conditioner at night, even in early October. We discovered that the staff turned it off, but they accommodated us by turning it back on when we requested a fan for the room.

Location was perfect for accessing most of Venice with ease. Easy to find and get to when arriving and departing. Staff were really lovely and helpful. There is a simple breakfast, however we did not go for the option. Rooms are simple but clean. So don't expect any additional mini bars or luxury items. Bonus was also location to a laundry facility. After 5 days or travel, clean clothes were welcome! There was an Oseteria next to the facility so we had an amazing dinner while we did laundry. There was an amazing Oseteria next to the hotel as well. A reminder that these kinds of properties don't always provide toiletries or a mini bar.

One thing to consider for those with ambulatory challenges are the stairs. A full set. No elevators at the property.

While Hotel Bridge in Venice offered coziness and friendliness, the area didn't meet my liking, and the room was somewhat smaller than expected. Personal preferences regarding the surroundings and room size can significantly influence the overall satisfaction of a stay. It's important to consider individual preferences when choosing accommodations to ensure they align with expectations for a more enjoyable experience.

The room was very cosy with a real nice view of a Venetian internal terrace/garden. And the location was really central, easy to find and perfect to explore the city on foot. The bathroom was really nice and really comfy. The AC in the room is really efficient, a must have for the warm summer nights. Will visit again.

Perfect location with easy walking distance to San Marco's and the vaporetto pier. Very friendly staff at the hotel. Lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants close by.

The walls were indeed very thin and we could hear the couple next door every evening, but it was never for long and it didn't spoil our stay. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice but again, it didn't spoil our stay.

The location is exactly in the city center 5 min walk to Piazza San Marco. The personnel was very kind and helpful. We got room no3 on the first floor with private bathroom, the room was very clean and very cozy. The linens and the towels were good quality and clean. The cleaning lady came every day and took care of everything. Would totally come back here.

The location was excellent, 2 steps from San Marco Square. It was clean, bed confortable. The walls of the room were covered in a special golden textile, the ceiling was very high and wooden beams, giving you the feeling that you were in a palace. The staff very friendly, the breakfast was buffet and very good.

We did not realise that the economy double room has quite limited free space.
