This property is in the best location. With popular tourist attractions not being too far away, but is in a quiet, calm area so perfect for any group of people. Upon check-in the gentlemen was so kind, friendly and welcoming. No question was too much. He gave us lots of recommendations on where to go, and also helped us understand the boat system (having arrived in Venice by bus transfer) we wanted go back to the airport by boat as well as explore Murano, Burano and Torcello. All which of was super easy and close to do from this properties location. The beds maybe the most comfortable beds I have slept on. The rooms are spacious, and have plenty of amenities within the shared communal space. And in regards to the shared communal space, it’s upto you how you want to spend the holiday. For us it was really private and we didn’t see the others we were sharing with, and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. However for people who may want to socialise more there is opportunity to do that as well. I would definitely recommend this gem of a place. And upon returning to Venice, I will definitely stay at Sweet Venice again.

The location is perfect, next to the main square but still really quiet. The room was clean and offer a window on a small quiet square.

The common room is dark and not really cosy to rest or eat dinner. We had to sign a document written only in Italian and write our credit card information (as a deposit) without knowing the price of the deposit. At the end, everything went well but it would be nice to write it in english so the guest doesn't feel insecure signing it.

The location was great, and the apartment amazingly clean. We shared the bathroom and kitchen with another double room, which was not a problem at all. The room was big and and well equiped. Even if you need to check in at another location, it is only 5 min Walking and the man that received us was super helpful and willing to provide recommendations.

The only thing we would highlight is that the double bed was two individual mattresses pulled together, with a notable gap in the middle, which was extremely uncomfortable as a couple. We were each sleeping on one extreme side of the bed... I would recommend them to invest in some (proper) double beds - otherwise everything was great!!!!

Good location. Easy to get to other places. Tony was very helpful.

We would have loved to be able to open windows for fresh air. Screens could be fixed. One had a large rip, the other we thought looked fine but must have still had a hole or two as mosquitoes still got in. Without opening windows it got stuffy and warm in the room.

The apartment is perfectly located. Close to the main attractions and at the same time in a very quiet place. It's 7 minutes to the store - Cooperativa- and 5 minutes to the restaurant. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The host is very helpful.

A very nice, typical venetian apartment. So different than hotels, which are all basicaly the same. you could really feel how local citizents live. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location, quiet, but close to tourist zones

Some of the objects were not in a good condition, like toilet flush. There should be an additional lamp next to the second bed or separate bins for garbate segregation and coffee capsules (we bought ones, but didn’t fit in the coffee machine :)

I arrived late past 7 pm due to a delayed flight. I appreciate that we were accommodated. I forgot the name of the person that checked us in. He was great and very accommodating. We plan to go back to Venice and will stay at your location again.

Maybe a converter for US plugs would be good. Make it a part of your inventory that customer signs for.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations, was absolutely excellent. In the centre of the city centre and walking distance to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. The two double rooms were spacious and there was a kitchen and good bathroom. Excellent value for money. It felt very authentic staying in this local apartment and experiencing this style of Venice over a hotel. I’d really recommend. Checkout is 10am but you can leave your luggage there to be stored for free. You don’t have to drop your keys back again. I’d recommend inspect spray as I got bitten in Venice.

You collect the keys in a separate location about ten minute walk from the apartment and a stag member kindly walked us there. Only downside is Google Maps doesn’t work well in Venice so the key collection place was very hard to find. This could be highlighted a bit better.

The location is very good. It is close to many places. The price is very affordable for an amazing Venice experience. The staff was kind.

The place was clean in general but it could be better cleaned. Common bathroom is not very nice if the other people leave their stuff everywhere. But I guess it does not hotel’s fault.

The Kitchen was great and room was a fantastic size. The location quite and in easy walking distance to the ferry.

Checking in in a different location was annoying especially as it was raining and the public transport strike meant that the ferries were not running! While the friendly staff did send us a message that this was required we never received it until we had arrived. ( just the heads up not to navigate directly to the accommodation)
