A very nice, clean and spacious place, very close to everything.

We couldn't leave our luggage at the property before the check-in, even though the apartment is very spacious and I'm sure they would have found a small space where we could leave our luggage. We received some options for paid storage from the owner but even with a reservation, nothing is certain in Venice... We had a lot of trouble finding an open place where we could leave our luggage.

Location and Nicola the owner is very nice with good communication. Highly recommended as you are staying at the heart of Venice. Walking distance to everything and everywhere. Since the room I booked had a problem with heater, Nicola upgraded me to another room with private bathroom. Thank you for welcoming me to your house and made my stay in Venice more memorable. Will stay here again if I come back to Venice.

The room is good, with good furniture. Wonderful terrace, but shared with neighbors. Excellent location, 15-20 minutes to the main attractions. Responsive owner.

This was indicated in the description, but it just turned out that it was very inconvenient when you have to go through a common corridor to go to the toilet and shower. I emphasize that this was indicated in the description but it is just not entirely clear how it was implemented.

Located a short walk from some local restaurants, a water fountain and in a quiet location (all bars shut at 11pm) we loved our stay here! The room was clean and comfortable with lots of fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable and the access into the apartment was completely self service which we loved. You are sharing the flat with others but we had a private bathroom so it was perfect for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was in an excellent location and close to attractions. The room was a good size and very clean. The little terrace was very cosy and relaxing. Excellent value for money. The building was amazing.

Shower could have been a bit more powerful. The edge of the bed jutted out at the bottom and had to be avoided in passing.

Room and building is rather old, however considering the amazing location and general structure of Venice, the room does the job. Clean toilets and a stone building.

Not having an elevator at 3 floors up is a bit exhausting particularly when having big luggages.

Fairly good location a short 7-8 min walk to the tours I wanted to take, dodge palace, Rialto bridge and the main cannels lots of good restaurants all within a short distance because there are no taxis on the narrow streets.

Remember these rooms are not hotels and don't mention there are no elevators in these locations especially for these prices, so it is hard for older people to drag the suite cases up 3 or 4 flights of stairs.

Need some refresh with painting the ceiling Ah also minus that we was asked to pay additional price for tourist tax 24€...that wasn't in price for room.

An absolute haven of tranquillity. You arrive having bustled your way through the heat and busyness of the Venetian streets to arrive at the hotel and as soon as you are through the front door into the stone clad cool interior, you feel at peace. The room was spacious and air conditioned with a lovely bathroom with oak furniture. I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend.

The quiet and central location.

3 floors of stairs!!! As a senior it was too hard with for luggage. The step up to the toilet was an impediment and the generous shower could have used a grab bar. We were very cautious.
