Wow! My family loved staying in the two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags at the site in an entrance hall. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The beds are comfy and the rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The aircon worked well. It is like having your own flat in the very middle of the popular Venice centre. The kitchenette had the basics and there was also a washing machine which was really useful. The door to the flats is down a quiet alley. It was a ten minute walk to the main square and the streets around are bustling. Go for a walk in the evening. It is magical!

We didn't mind, but the main stairs into the flat are steep so that is worth noting. There is no view from the windows in this flat. The windows are half covered and overlook an inner tiny courtyard.

This is a beautiful apartment right in the epicenter of Versailles. There are gorgeous wood floors, a chandelier in the dining area, comfortable beds, a great shower, and plenty of towels- room for the entire family. The a/c worked well and there is a small washing machine plus a laundromat nearby (Effe Erre Laundromat). The caretakers were incredibly nice and the place was very clean. We felt lucky to have found this place.

Not a negative- the Apple Maps app will take you to the wrong place and then you will end up wheeling your luggage around Venice which can be a disaster. The hotel will send you a message with the address and the door code. Make sure to put the address in your phone manually! We took the water taxi and then you walk a little bit (maybe 7-10 minutes). Remember, you will be crossing small canals (stairs) and walking on old cobblestone streets. Make sure you can carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Location was perfect. Apartment was very nice inside.

We expected the apartment with the balcony but received one with absolutely no view.They advertise a free boat ride in their welcome message but that was available only during the weekend and that was not mentioned upfront.

Very well maintained and managed property, the staff is very responsive and kind! The guests are well taken care of, upon our arrival they left us wine and drinks at our table as a compliment. Overall the apartment is very good with a beautiful terrace and comfortable beds. The location is also very good and is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. There is a Coop supermarket nearby.

The apartment was perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Piazza san Marco. We loved the venetian styling of the rooms and it was clean and immaculately maintained. Everything you needed was supplied. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and checked on us via WhatsApp regularly. It was St Martin's Day when we arrived and they left a special treat and an explanation of the festival for us as a surprise, along with a bottle of wine as it was my husband's birthday. I would highly recommend these apartments, we literally couldn't fault a thing.

I recently stayed in this apartment and had a fantastic experience! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to San Marco, making it easy to explore the main attractions of the city. The apartment itself was a reasonable size, comfortably accommodating my needs, and it was reasonably well-equipped with essentials. The host's communication was excellent; he provided detailed information in advance about the apartment and suggested possible excursions, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base while visiting Venice!

This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Near the Rialto Bridge water taxi stop. We were delighted with the size and furnishings of the place. Full Kitchen. Everything was spotless! Mark stayed in touch with me whenever I had a question. He offers a sunset boat trip through the canals that I thoroughly recommend!

There are a lot of stairs (no elevator) so someone with mobility issues could have a problem. Once you walk up the stairs, the apartment is breathtaking!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and the AC was great. the decor was really glamorous. I basically chose this place for the veranda, but unfortunately we didn't actually sit out there, but it was very nice. We were able to store our bags for a while after checkout which was really helpful. I'd love to stay there again.

Lugging the bags up the stairs wasn't fun, but it was definitely worth it.

The location, being close to Rialto, is great. The apartment is a generous size (given Venice is a crowded place), and the furnishings and facilities were are very presentable and clean. After a day exploring, we could relax and sleep well here. The quality of the apartment and its facilities are very good. The daily cleaning was done really well.

The door code seemed faulty when we tried the first few times. We tried to call management, and when eventually got through, they said something we didn't understand and hung up. We called straight back and they didn't even answer at all. This is not a great first impression. Once we got in, we didn't have subsequent problems. I will also add that the cleaner offered helpful advice for us. The page advertising this apartment said checkout was at noon, but the management told us to leave by 11am. This needs to be corrected one way or the other.

Excellent host, very easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. Though we were very limited in time and weren't able to make use of the offerings, our host offered to arrange boat tours around the city/canals, Murano, and also to pickup from airport all at very reasonable prices. We arranged our own water taxi which dropped us off at Ponte de le Bande which only required us to cross 1 bridge and was about 1 minute walk to the apartment though in the morning there was a trash boat parked in this location which we had to cross over to get to our water taxi. Excellent location within short walking distance from San Marco square and Rialto bridge. Very clean. Air conditioning in all rooms helped avoid the smell of the city.

Using the close door code turned off electricity inside the apartment, which also turned off the refrigerator.
