The location is amazing. Hard to beat. We arrvied on water shuttle and it was an easy 4 minute walk. Getting anywhere from this location was a breeze. Staff are incredibly helpful and always happy to see you. They really look after you. The room is huge, totally great.

The walls in the room are paper thin. Literally paper thin. You can hear everything and everyone can hear you.

Loc. Ation was perfect.You were near restaurants and shops.And fun very close to the public water bus that connects from the train making it so easy Old world charm with modern amenities Loved the special touches like Harold who helped us to and from our rooms, the little sitting area with free yummy hot chocolate and expresso and tea machine and little biscuits! Cozy beds lots of space, wonderful front desk help that suggested and mapped out places to see and restaurants to try Also we're able to store your luggage for free after a later than normal check out!!!!!

Great location in general. Short walk to St. Marks or Rialto Bridge

Did not like the fact that there are actually 3 different locations to stay at, and you do not get a choice or even know about it until you arrive. Their description is highly misleading as to the actual location. We were not in the main hotel as one would assume, but rather about a block away on a dead end alley/street that did not look like a very good area...yet turned out to be very quiet and safe. The room was comfortable and it did have a canal view, we watched and listened to gondoliers sing into the evenings every night.

Easy checkin with super friendly staff. The room was very nice and cute. Bathroom clean and good. Kettle and fridge in the room. Refreshments (coffee/ biscuits) downstairs were a great touch. They offered to store our suitcases after check out (wasn’t needed for us). Great location- very close to St Marks and great food and shops around.

A bit difficult to walk there from the train station but doable, or you could take the water bus (ferry). No lift up to room if that is a deal breaker.

The staff were so welcoming and kind. We heard a few weird sounds and called reception and the owner came to sit with us for a bit to make sure everything was okay! We loved getting to watch gondolas go by all day from our window

That the reception is about 30m down the street at another hotel. It wasn’t an issue and we didn’t mind this, but we just personally prefer having reception close by in case

The desk and breakfast staff were so welcoming and efficient. Harley was working the front desk and was incredibly helpful when we needed urgent assistance to retrieve medicine jammed in the safe. The young gentleman in the dining room, sorry I do not recall your name, always greeted us with a smile and made the best cappuccino for our breakfasts. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay in s great area on our first trip to Venice!

The lock in the front door on the San Luca wing was kind of finicky.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, steps away from San Marco’ square and Rialto bridge. Rooms are cozy and the well arranged. The staff was very helpful and kind. the price extremely reasonable considering the facilities and the location.

Cute, smaller room. Clean. Nice bathroom with good toiletries. Instant coffee and bottled water in the room. Very friendly, helpful staff. They even offered to open my wine for me. Small canal with gondolas passing by; very cool!

WiFi was a big challenge. Hard to find the building.

Great location in between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco’s square. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially April.

The shower head had water coming out of all directions and the shower door didn’t close all the way so the bathroom got soaked every time we tried to shower. Also the walls were very thin so we struggled sleeping due to other noisy guests late at night.

Central location, good breakfast, helpful staff, fridge in the room.

The room was ok except the AC was not working making it rather hot during the night. We opened the windows but then the mosquitos attacked in spite of some device that was supposed to keep them away. There were signs on the walls that the previous guests fought some battles with the invaders.
