A room in a castle-style in the center of Venice, the furnishings are beautiful at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it's apparent that it's older and past its prime. The bathroom is okay, but it also has seen better days. The accommodation is in the center, and there is an option to leave belongings at the reception upon early arrival.

The location is fabulous. Right in the middle of everything. Easy to find . 2mins from rialto Bridge & 5 mins from St Marks Square.

It is very basic accommodation. No staff on site &is definitely not luxurious considering the high price. Although you are in venice so the high price is to be expected. We had a lovely room. Tired but very clean and tidy . Clean crisp bedding & very comfy beds. Also handy to have a fridge & kettle.we had a very enjoyable stay & the location was absolutely perfect for us .

The room isn’t silent, but it’s in the city center, so I looooove the sound of the night. Very professional team – thank you for everything! Thank you, Venice! I love this city – the best walks and the most amazing food!

My wife's side of the bed was very comfortable, but mine wasn’t... That was the first and only thing I didn’t really like – but that’s all!

Location was excellent. and room was cosy.

I wasn't given the remainder of the city tax i paid, as was promised by the reception at the time. Since it was a two-level room, the radiator was only on the upper level, leaving the lower one to be cold.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also in a good condition. The lady at the reception was so helpful and suggested some places to go eat at.

The room wasn’t very spacious but that’s about it.

It is a lovely comfortable accommodation halfway between the Rialto bridge and the San Marco square. We were glad to return a few times per day to our room and have a shower in the private bathroom. Beds are comfortable, room was quiet and everything is tidy - spick and span.

The fridge could have been a bit bigger, but it is a really piddling detail.

No tea facilities & no iron. I'm not sure if that's an Italian thing. Directions on how to get to the place could have been better.

There was no breakfast, there were quite a few narrow stairs to reach hotel and our room. First access was difficult because at our time of arrival the sign indicating button to talk to manager had been removed. The location was great and the room comfortable and spacious.

Our host Marcella could not have been more helpful and friendly. she settled us in and gave us lots of useful advice, she was excellent. Old style hotel in a typical Venetian street. We had 2 flights of stairs which were no trouble for us. Great location a few steps from Ponte Rialto, plenty of restaurants and cafés next door. Well located for easy walks to many of Venice’s top attractions.

Location and easy check in. Kind staff. Room is good but it needs renovation.

Beds are not attached to the frame so they move around. Also decoration is a bit old fashioned and cleanliness could be improved on but it was good overall.
