Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfast was delicious, and they packed us a breakfast for our last day because we were departing before service. Very centrally located.

AC didn’t work. It’s Europe and springtime, so a lot of hotels don’t switch on their AC until later. Still, it was stuffy in our room and we couldn’t get it to a comfortable temperature. Slept with the windows open, which was quite noisy. Won’t be an issue in a few weeks, but it was when we were there (April).

Room was amazing with big bathtub, wc with light and electric washing, bed very comfortable, in the night very quiet can sleep perfectly.

Breakfast was very poor, small portions I give my eggs to husband because portion is very small. When you order pancake they bring just one pancake very small.

We received royal treatment at EGO’ Hotel. We had multiple family birthday celebrations in Venice and the hotel contacted us and helped make our stay extra special by ordering flowers, wine, cake and gondola tour reservations before our stay. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean, view of a Grand Canal was amazing! We ordered breakfast in the room and it was super fresh, nutritious and delicious! Special thanks to our room service lady (sorry I forgot the name) for bringing a birthday cake with a candle and singing a birthday song to my husband - truly a mice moment of care, made our day very special from the very beginning! Thank you!!

The location was fantastic! It was right by the Rialto Bridge and close to a major water bus station, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the sheets and towels were in great shape.

My main issue was that the windows didn't have screens to keep the mosquitos out, so we had to keep them closed most of the time, which made the room feel stuffy. Every night, we woke up to the sound of mosquitos buzzing in our ears (and it wasn't even summer!) Another problem was that the closet didn't have any shelves, just hangers, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we got a room that faced another room, which was disappointing. Although we didn't pay extra for a cannel view, it felt awkward being so close to another building.

Beautiful hotel, painted mural on the ceiling, very comfortable bed, very quiet at night, breakfast was delicious! We loved that it was a small boutique hotel. It is right on the Canal Grande, by the Rialto Bridge, and by the water taxi, so we were dropped off only a few steps from the entrance. We stayed in the Luna room. You can walk to everything. Simeon at the front desk was so personable and a great help in arranging a transfer to our next destination and recommending a wonderful restaurant, plus directions! We only wish we could have stayed a couple more nights!

The bed was super comfortable with selection of pillows of different firmness. Room was gorgeous and the view was second to none. The windows had great soundproofing, so you could listen to the sounds of the Grand Canal or easy shut it out. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect - close to the Rialto Bridge and a short walk to San Marco but also right outside the water bus and taxi stops so it’s easy to get to and get around but crucially there was no noise disturbance from all the activity outside so we slept really well! The bed was comfortable too. Effective air conditioning was important as it was late July and very hot outside. Our room was very clean and had views over the Grand Canal. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning.

The communication was excellent from organising taxi transfers and the gondola ride. The complimentary trip to Murano with a glass blowing factory tour was very enjoyable. The location was huge positive as the water taxi and Rialto bridge was on the door step. Breakfast was served in the room or breakfast room. Breakfast was ordered the night before and includes a wide range of hot and cold drinks and pastries. I would highly recommend and hope you visit again soon

The key card didn’t work on the main door so a couple of times we had to wait for a member of staff to open the key

They became our guides, our helpers, our friends. With every recommendation and thoughtful gesture, They made sure we felt not like guests—but family.

Everything about this hotel was AMAZING!!! Location Staff Breaky room Aesthetic was divine As the cost stop on our trip, my family and I would not hesitate to return here. Stirring at the window, watching the boats at all good of the day and night, is worth the cost! The staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful and their English was perfect.

N/A Thy circle bed was different and might not be for everyone, but honestly everything was just wonderful.
