I loved everything about the property. Comfort, design, location, cleanliness, amenities, food, small details and staff. We did not choose a room facing the canal because of the noise and proximity to the Rialto bridge, we did however have a nice balcony very close to the canal on the side of the building which still had a lovely view but was very quiet in the evenings. The hotel also has an amazing rooftop terrace/bar that was never really packed. I am super particular in terms of hotels, I’ve traveled a ton for work and leisure for the past 30 years, this stay/property was outstanding and I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was lovely, with plenty of choice, and the rooftop terrace was a real bonus – perfect for relaxing. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The location was fab – close to everything we needed and great for exploring the area. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and they also arranged a birthday surprise for my husband with a cake and balloons in the room (which I’d requested in advance at a small extra cost). It made our stay feel really special. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Rooftop terrace was fabulous: looking over the Grand Canal. Great place to have a cocktail as the sun sets over the city. Personable staff. Good breakfast in attractive dining room. Guest room was very well appointed. Location is very good as base from which to explore the city.

While our room was very nice in itself, it was on the ground floor and looked right into a staff service area, including their smoking area. This is Venice, and we know that hotel rooms look onto courtyards and other buildings and dark canals. However, given the price of the hotel room, we were surprised that this was our “view.” The staff were pleasant when we asked about this, but didn’t change anything.

Room had partial view of canal. It was lovely and I was able to see this sitting on the sofa. The hotel is near the Rialto bridge so it was in the perfect location for exploring. Breakfast was quite basic. Room was ready on arrival and we were allowed early access. Sophia the receptionist recommend a fantastic restaurant and booked us a table. The room was very comfortable and bottled water was provided every day.

One criticism of the room is there was a gap in the shower between the glass panel and the door which meant the floor got rather wet. The towels were changed every day so I used the dirty ones to dry off the floor. We had an early check out, and as breakfast was not available before we left, the hotel gave us a box. It was a bit disappointing as it contained 2 cartons of orange juice, a carton of water, some slices of crusty bread and two biscuits. Not really a breakfast.

Loved the location near the Rialto bridge. Everything was so close and accessible. Our room was very spacious and clean, with nice touches like a turn down service and Prosecco on arrival. A large bathroom with robes and slippers and extra pillows was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful from check in to house keeping and in the breakfast room with fast friendly service. We also got help to find some lovely restaurants and tips on transport from the front desk. The terrace was fantastic with a great view over the grand canal. We made a point to have drinks on the terrace each day as it was so lovely sitting up there watching the hustle and bustle below.

The location was excellent, and the rooftop bar a totally must 👌 All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A very special thank you to Maria in the reception, who was excellent in solving a technical issue with our invoice.

To be really honest, I must say that the windows were not very "view friendly". They are narrow and, moreover, recessed from the building facade. And, on the second floor, the suite has no balcony 😕 The balcony shown on the photos is from the first floor suite. This should be more clear on Booking!

We had a superior double room, with a side view of the canal. The room was of a reasonable size, the bed and pillows were comfortable and had good quality bedding. It lacked a bit in a dedicated space to open suitcases and the wardrobe was a bit tight for two people but we asked for extra hangers and made it work. The bathroom has single basin with a counter top, a big mirror and a separate little mirror with decent light for makeup, walk-in shower, toilet and (half) a bidet - a bit awkward, never seen one like this before. There’s a great rooftop bar with amazing views of the canal. The location is perfect, about 200 metres away from Rialto bridge, which makes it very easy to walk everywhere (which we really did and enjoyed). All the staff were very professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and can absolutely recommend it. Grazie mille for the most wonderful 5 days!

It has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but still needs a little more attention to detail. For example, the glass used for toothbrushes were never cleaned or swapped (even though I packed the toothbrushes away every morning before we left). But as I said, it’s only attention to details.

The Front desk team, Shaiful and Nicoleta were very generous with providing us detailed information on how to get to the hotel, restaurant recommendations and mode of transportation around Venice prior to our arrival, we are very thankful for that. • Superb location, we were able to explore most of the highlight spots by walking & Vaporetto, accessible to Rialto bridge, fish & local fresh market, San Marco Basilica and more • The room was super clean, comfortable, well-designed • Lovely rooftop bar, perfect for sundowner 😊 Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were brilliant! Check-in a delight. You sit down with a glass of prosecco whilst they sort everything out, they even took our suitcases up to the room, whilst we went to have a drink at the bar. Breakfast is really good. The entire hotel is spotless. They have a turndown service which very few 4 star hotels have. The rooftop bar is fab with a stunning view and beautiful cocktails. Hotel offered us a free gin masterclass. I can go on and on but honestly it was a great experience!

The bath with over shower setup was a bit too small for us, but we are larger than the average person.

Have stayed in numerous hotels in Venice and this is by far my favourite. Rooms are on the smaller side but are clean, have a great view and the hotel is in a great location. The rooftop terrace was a must visit everyday and a great place to escape the crowds of Carnivale. The staff on the terrace went above and beyond, turning on heaters, getting blankets, making amazing drinks and having a chat with us. A really great team that made our stay even better!

The room could get a bit hot and had no AC. It was a bit too noisy to just open the window to cool the room.
