This hotel is perfection. Location is absolutely amazing basically under the rialto bridge just in front of the boat stop to and from the station. Tucked in a tiny side street it is cental but not noisy. The people are all very friendly. Rooms are very charming and clean. It feels like being at home in the middle of the city and not being a tourist. We had a wonderful stay and we will be recommending this hotel and hopefully come back again. Price was also very much affordable .

Beautiful room, and the location of the Hotel is literally perfect!! It felt really nice staying at this hotel. We got upgrated to a better room for free! In the room they apparently even shot some scenes from a Hollywood movie and I can imagine that very well.

We didn‘t manage to turn off the light behind the bed, the switch must be very hidden. but if we had asked they surely would have helped us. Other than that perfect!

The location is exceptional - less than a minute from the Rialto bridge (and vaporetto stop), and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco. The rooms are opulent and charming, unique for a hotel in this price range. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and overall I had an excellent stay.

Literally the only problem with this property is that it has no lift - fine most of the time, not much fun with luggage. But for an old building in this part of Venice, that's not unusual.

The location is amazing because it‘s literally just steps from the Rialto bridge. The room was wonderful and very beautifully decorated, the bathroom modern and clean. Staff was always helpful and friendly. We had a very good stay and will come back.

The breakfast room is not in good condition and the breakfast itself is very plain. It’s better to grab a bite in the many bakeries and restaurants all around.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. It’s just a short walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, and getting around is easy as its close to train and sea boat.

The hotel is really charming, the rooms are decorated in a very personal way, it was like being in a little palace. The room has a small fridge too. The hotel is located right next to the Ponte de Rialto so it is a lively area to be in, near the Grand Canal. It is located in a narrow street so it was quiet at night. The staff were friendly.

It has no lift.

great location right next to rialto bridge & easily accessible from the airport using alilaguna orange line to rialto. basic double room was small but clean & tidy & well decorated. It had clothes hanging space & a fridge & A/C. Bathroom was tidy with sink, toilet, shower & bidet. Upper rooms are only accessible by staircase, no lifts. We were on 3rd floor which was fine. as a guest at the hotel, you can eat & drink at the attached bar/restaurant getting 10% discount of both food & drinks

We loveed the room! The location is superb . It is on the back street of the Realto Bridge. Very clean and the staff were amazing. We checked in earlier and loved the romm.

The room we stayed was for two people and it was a little bit small. For a big person the shower wouldn’t be comfortable, but overall everything was fantastic

Excellent location right beside the Rialto bridge. Despite lots of tourists, the room was nice and quiet. Excellent showers and plenty of room. Very comfortable bed. Luggage store to leave bags if you wanted to explore after your check out time. Very friendly staff.

Lots of stairs to the top, but fine with light luggage.

Hotel is in excellent location near Realto bridge, 10 min walk from Saint Mark’s Square, a lot of history, restaurants, walking distance to Vaporetto (water bus). Also we liked that breakfast was on site.

Rooms are smallish and modest, but the building is medieval, so I think it is typical for economy hotel. The room was on 3rd floor but building has no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases by yourself.
