We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

The big mirror in front of the bed in the masterbedroom. Bad fengshui. The sound from the neighboring units can be pretty loud but it all depends on what type of guests are staying there too. It was Carnevale so people are partying, we understand.

The responsiveness and nice correspondence from owner when we had trouble accessing facility.

The video in doorway was too loud and not available in English. We could have used a couple of extra blankets but did not want to bother owner who is not on site so did not request them.

Staff was great for checking and water taxis to airport. Made it so easy! Wonderful Restraunts and shopping nearby. Great facility!

Terrace didn’t really have the best view but it was lovely.

It did not start well, having been scammed by the porter at the train station who actually charged €15 for their services for the 2 luggages to the water taxi. All these were happening in a heavy drizzle with the water taxi guy so clueless of location of the apartment tlocationhat he missed it. Worst still he did not drop us outside as he said there was another taxi blocking the entrance. I had a hard time getting the digital lock to open … BUT for all of the above unhappiness, upon opening, we were greeted to this grande apartment and the decor was so modern Venetian. Location wise, it is a 6mins walk to St. Mark’s Square and 2mins walk the opposite way, that is the high price to pay for convenience.

When I first start to use the toilet to shower, I realised the shower glass door does not close properly and the rubber tube is slipping. Worst is there was this long metal rail which is very sharp and exposed that could potentially hurt if not fixed. I managed to get the to fix it the next day…phew.

We were in apartment #11 for 5 nights. The photos do not do the apartment justice - it is huge! The decor is a beautiful combination of modern and old-world. The kitchen had everything you would need. Especially loved the large en-suite bathrooms with dual-sink vanities. There's an elevator for the upper floors but we didn't need it, being on the 1st floor. Location is great, a 5-minute easy walk from the Rialto stop. There are a couple bars and restaurants right across the alley, and the Despar supermarket was about 6 minutes away. If you go the back way, you can get to St Mark's in 5 minutes, otherwise it's only about 12 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was excellent. It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

the location was incredible- steps away from the Rialto bridge but not noisy as it was off a tiny side street. The entrance to the building unassuming but when you stepped into it it was huge. The apartments themselves are very large and well equipped especially for families if you want to heat up kids food etc. Nice touch to have a starter pack with dishwasher tablets etc. The living rooms have exta sofa beds if needed and quite comfortable.

Access is very high tech and if you don't have the patience or wifi to download apps it can be cumbersome - just have to get there in working hours or be tech savvy. I didn't like that there are no common facilities - e.g. toilet in the common area in case you have to wait and the restaurants in Venice don't allow use unless a customer - have to rush to the public loos - not easy! Also for the staff not great - but this is a small issue. The balcony is small and only one in the room we had - just a Juliet balcony - j but there is a view from the window and you can see the activities on the canals beneath you

What a beautiful apartment in such a beautiful building right in the center of everything in Venice (but enough off the beaten track to feel secluded and quiet!). We traveled with two of our kids, and after an exceptionally long flight were so happy to find ourselves in such a wonderful place! Everything was clean and easily managed! Both Giulia and Emma were amazing and helped coordinate water taxis and dinner reservations, despite our flight being delayed (and delayed again!). We liked it so much we booked it again for our last night (post exploring other locations) before heading home…

This property was great, however, BEWARE!!! that when you book the apartment that lists 2 beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed is not available! We arrived back after dinner, and needed the sofa bed for our 20 year old son. There were no linens on it and we were happy to make it up ourselves, but there were no linens to use on it. We contacted the staff and were told that they would not be providing us the linens because we had not specifically told them we would be using the sofa bed, even though we had paid for a room with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. They said that did not mean that we would have use of the sofa bed??? I would not stay here again because of that.

Honestly when advertising a room with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed which is what I paid for. We were told that even though those were the beds listed, we could not have use of the sofa bed unless we contacted the property outside of the booking to specifically request the sofa bed???

Absolutely beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable for our family of 6. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of room in our apartment to enjoy downtime. Niccolas was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Communication was great. They secured a water taxi (directly from hotel dock)to the train station and made sure we got there on time. The designer of the beautiful furnishings and decor did an outstanding job. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything.

The key process was not our favorite. Maybe the hotel can look at a possible scenario where you can download a digital key to your apple wallet. It was a bit of a chore to always crawl up your key on the website link. Although i felt very safe.
