Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great and easy to find. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. And, we were pleasantly surprised by being served an unexpected, lovely breakfast delivered to our room! The room was quiet and we had our own balcony on the fourth floor.

I have just spent 5 nights at Residenza Goldoni and I could not recommend this hotel enough for anyone who is looking at coming to Venice. It’s located in the heart of Venice so you’re close to so many of the main tourist attractions such as the Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square, St Marks Basilica and Doges Palace. There’s also lots of great places to shop, eat and drink right by you. The staff are all really kind and helpful which adds to how much you’ll enjoy your stay. Every member of staff I met were really kind, helpful and chatty which is a bonus; it’s also nice when you’re travelling alone to have people chat to you. The room I had was magnificent! I had a lovely bed, bathroom and terrace. The aircon was great too - especially with the heat. The hotel felt like a home away from home and I’ll definitely be coming here again when I come back to Venice. - just want to add that I also found the cleaning staff lovely. I don’t know his name but we had a great chat about tattoos on the stairs. The lady I bumped into occasionally was also lovely. 10/10

Nothing - everything was perfect

Residenzia Goldoni is located in the heart of Venice, typically near Rialto Bridge and a short walk from Piazza San Marco, making it an ideal spot for tourists. It iw central to major landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The decor often reflects classic Venetian elegance with period furniture.. it needs to be highlight ed the cleanliness and peacefulness despite the central location.

As in many Venetian buildings, there is no elevator and the lugagge and the stairs can be a problem. It is great that they try to be sustainable qnd don't change towels eveey day but it no good the giests are charged for clean towels.

Location perfect, very close to all the important places. Personel very friendly. In our room the AC was not working properly, and the receptionist (or hotel manager) came very quickly with the technician. They couldn´t fix it immediately, but anyhow the service and response time were extremely fast and good.

Mold in the shower. Breakfast brought in the room - on one side sounds ok, but on the other side, very poor breakfast - croissant ok, glass of juice ok, coffee ok, but no real bread - only bought/packed toasts, and a couple of jams/nutella. No eggs, sousages, salami or similar...

Location. Quickie spot. Fun to locate in Benice street maze

Have to leave at set time 10am or you get charged. Also no security if ask to leave bags for a few hours ( at your own risk)

Hidden Gem located centrally 2mins from Rialto and 5mins from San Marco. Lovely clean room with air con and essentials. We were greeted every morning by the lovely lady at reception, Ness, every morning she greeted us and gave us recommendations and tips. She made a reservation for us at Da Mamo and we got a discount and lovely pizzas. Also recommend eating by the canal at Osmarin area. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residenza Coldoni! The room had a beautiful Venetian atmosphere that made our visit feel truly special — elegant, charming, and full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They gave us fantastic suggestions for local restaurants that were off the beaten path and absolutely delicious — a real highlight of our trip! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and right in the middle of everything, yet still quiet and relaxing. It made exploring Venice so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an authentic and warm Venetian stay!
