Fantastic location, literally 3 minutes from the Rialto bridge. Lots of lovely restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. And somehow it's really quiet at night 👍 The apartment was huge and had absolutely everything we needed. Real attention to detail, coffee pods restocked every day, lovely toiletries in the bathroom and milk, water and biscuits on arrival. Communication in the run up to our stay was excellent, really detailed instructions on how to get there from the airport and a lovely welcome when we checked in. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely nothing - it was great

I was blown away by how spacious and well equipped this appointment is at the heart of Venice. High ceiling and very spacious living space even with the sofa bed out. I'm especially appreciative of the 2-in-1 washer/dryer. This saved us so much time in washing and drying... if you travel like us and like to pack light, have a washer/dryer mid trip is a game changer. The room is very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. We bought groceries and made breakfast at the hotel everyday. Location is great, and easy to get to from the train station.

I can't think of anything... perhaps I wish there's an elevator, but this is Venice people. :)

The apartment we had (#1) at Ca'Foscolo (three flights up, be aware if you don't do stairs) was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed (two doubles together as a super King) was very comfortable. Kitchen included microwave, stove with water boiler, tea, coffee pods and a Nespresso machine, sugar, milk (provided in refrigerator), a bag of breakfast bites, a small washer/dryer machine (read the instructions!). The living area had a sofa, a kitchen table, TV. This was a very comfortable stay near to St Marks Square, yet in a section that was quiet at night. Highly recommend if you have a longer stay (ours was five nights) or a child with you. The very helpful staff are available 9am-2pm in the office or by WhatsApp after hours.

The clamp for the handheld shower head did not hold the sprayer horizontal to the floor and kept slipping. We needed to use the handheld part separately. The staff came in to try and fix the clamp but were unable to get the clamp to hold the handheld head accurately. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did not dampen our enthusiasm for the apartment. Just be aware that it's a climb of 3.5 flights of stairs to the apartment, which is pretty standard for Venice.

The property is in a great location, nearby to all the major sites. The apartment itself is somewhat modern. The bathroom for the one bedroom, configuration is small but functional. The water, pressure and hot water were ample. Because this is more like a hotel there was a reception desk that gave clear instructions and was very friendly. The whole check in process, if you arrive between 9 AM – 1 p.m., was smooth and efficient. The greatest thing about this apartment was that the washer was a combo washer and dryer for your clothes, which made life much easier to do laundry. The host also were extremely communicative and gave great instructions on how to get to the apartment from the train station to the apartment. I would recommend this place if you want a great location to most of the major tourist sites and somewhat modern amenities.

The only negative was that the windows were not very good at blocking out the street noise during the night time and also during the day. Of all the apartments my family stayed in Italy (4 cities), these windows let in the most noise. Fortunately, the apartment is not on a busy street so there wasn’t too much noise that impacted our stay.

Everything was great. Perfect location! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and check-in was super fast and easy. There were a washing machine and dryer. It was very comfortable! We were in winter, and the apartment was warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was seconds from the Rialto bridge and 2 minutes from St Marks square. But somehow it was quiet and peaceful day and night! Perfect for what we needed. The apartment itself was massive and spacious and very well kitted out if you wanted to cook for yourself. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall it was very good value for money.

Nothing! A balcony would have been nice but that’s being picky!

This accommodation was beyond our expectation's...very large apartment:) So central...right in the middle of Venice with walking distance to everything. Very clean and the staff were so warm and friendly. Would recommend these apartments to anyone x

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was extremely spacious - much larger than we expected. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. It was very easy to access via water taxi as there is a dock at the property. It is also a very short walk from the Rialto stop on the Grand Canal. We were able to walk easily to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. They provided us with maps and arranged a water taxi to collect us on departure. Very good English spoken as well.

We managed it fine, but there were a number of stairs to climb to our room which was at the top floor. Just something to be aware of if you are less mobile.

Everything! It was luxurious, private, close to everything. I loved the decor. The upgrade to the canal view 2bdrm apartment was well worth it. It felt like we were in a fairytale opening the shutters in the morning to the view of a doge’s palace which is now the post office. The rooms were large and the ceilings high. Large enough to live in. We are a tall family and we found the beds tall enough and the showers very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for heating take-out or having a light breakfast in the apartment. The washer and dryer were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. A fantastic stay!!

The breakfast was lighter than described and consisted only of bottled water and biscotti. However there were enough coffee with cream and sugar and other basics were provided.

The location, the women in the office, the communication with the hotel... the beds were all amazing. Had comfortable placed furniture and space Breakfast was toast, yogurt or cereal so if that is your thing then your good.

The air con in the bedroom had sound but not sure if it was really working. The bathroom was small but clean and also onsuite only so if you have a party of 4 those in the living room have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The breakfast was a little lacking but not terrible They gave plenty and food of the various items the gave . Lots of toast options we are not Cereal eaters... Bottles of water would have been amazing!! The door is at the sink and keeps hitting the person behind at the door you can not enter.
