The location is absolutely awesome. Pretty much in the middle of Venice and right around the corner you have Rialto Bridge, great food, drinks, coffee, bakery, grocery shop, whatever you want. And within 10-15 minutes of walking. ou have almost all the things you might want to see. Self check-in was also great to have since we arrived late in the evening. Room was nice and clean, plus on the ceiling was pretty chandelier from Murano glass! Also every day when we returned from the city it was tidy since very lovely cleaning lady came. Coffee and tea was available for free, which was also a nice perk to have. Definitely worth the price, can 100% recommend.

The location of the apartment is very good, easy access to everything you need. Just a few steps away from the water bus stop, restaurants, gelato, the grand canal, souvenir shops and the Rialto bridge - anything and everything you need is right there. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained. Everything we needed was supplied in the apartment, and the owner was very friendly.

The bathroom was quite small, especially where the toilet is located - the toilet itself is too close to the wall to sit comfortably, so we had to sit at an angle, especially as the toilet roll holder on the wall sticks out significantly. The shower is also very small, not much space to move around at all. The doors to open into the shower do not open up very wide, so a bigger person may struggle to get into the shower. Other than that, no complaints.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was given how close it was to a very busy area. We slept really well, though eye masks were required due to outdoor street lights being on all the time. (they provided eye masks and ear plugs). Air conditioning was very useful during our stay - quite humid in mid July. Felt secure and private. Did not use kitchenette area since we were surrounded by so many good choices for food. Reception person was friendly and helpful. Communication prior to visit was responsive and helpful as well.

The room and bathroom were small in terms of space. I stayed in a different hotel closer to the Piazzale Roma a week earlier and it was more spacious, and slightly cheaper. It's a trade-off with walking vs. price. A big person would find the shower/bathroom small.

Communication was excellent from start to finish - really appreciated we were able to store our luggage after checkout - the room was beautiful - air conditioned as we walked in - clean - clean - clean! we could have eaten from the floor. Nice touch to have a mini fridge with drinks and the ear plugs, eyes mask and slippers were an unexpectedly lovely touch. Toiletries as well are provided. Staff on site was also super lovely as well - really helpful and kind. She was onsite continuously cleaning and even put my pjs - I had left in the bed - on top of our stored luggage. The location is placed perfectly - especially if you are using water taxis to get to and from the airport - in the sweltering heat a short walk with luggage to the accommodation was great! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything was brilliant - nothing not to like.

Spacious and with taste renovated Apartment with 2 rooms, a comfortable bed in the bedroom and 1 big wall-mounted folding bed, bright (modern Ceiling-LEDs), ground floor, modern bathroom, fridge filled with water and drinks (usual prices), little kitchen... Nespresso machine with many capsules....and very kind and helpful hosts. A video was helpful to get in in the night. We enjoyed our 5 days/nights very much.

in the early morning about 5 the food-transportation next doors to the restaurants is sometimes a bit noisy ... but generally it is calm, because located in a side street.

The property is well designed, clean, and modern with a quirky WC and shower in the main bedroom. I appreciate that they offer extra pillows and blankets and have AC in both rooms. The location is fantastic and central to everything you want including shops, restaurants, the Rialto alilaguna water bus stop, and a grocery store. It’s about a 15 min walk to San Marco.

I loved everything except the bed was too uncomfortable for my liking. Not a deal breaker though. Not an ideal stay for long term as there is no kitchen or washer. It was perfect for our 1 day/night stay.

The location is fantastic. Daniella greeted us on arrival. The room wasn't ready, but we left our luggage with her and she said to return at 2pm. We went off to enjoy our first Italian Pasta and explore Venice. We returned at 2 just as Daniella was completing her turn-over of our room. She gave us the key, explained how to access everything. It was pretty seamless. Daniella was great! The room was small but had everything we needed. If you need a comfortable place to sleep and shower, but plan to spend a lot of time wandering the narrow alleyways of Venice, then this is all you need.

The bathroom is small, but I have actually had smaller showers in Europe than this one. I'm a very big guy, and I managed for two nights. The A/C did not work. We had a Staff member come to attempt to work it to no avail. We were eventually told it is a new unit but it hadn't been set up because it is still cool out (It was April). We learned, Italians do not use A/C in April. Americans are more likely to do so. Instead we opened the windows in the evening, which brought some Mosquitoes to feast on us through the night. This was the one downside to a relatively nice stay.

The rooms are located right next to the Rialto Bridge, which makes it super convenient for people to get there using Venice’s public transportation (boats). Additionally, the interior of the room has been recently revamped and they are super clean. The exterior of the building is old, but if you’re willing to stay in the heart of historic Venice, that’s something you’ll have to get used to. The rooms are located close to several restaurants and shops, and it’s very easy to get to Piazza San Marco from there (10 minutes walk).

Although I expected some noise due to the proximity to the Rialto Bridge shopping area, I did not expect much noise from neighbouring rooms and I was able to hear everything that happened on the room next to ours. I would suggest a better soundproofing system to the rooms.

Very comfortable stay. Lovely staff. Great communication. Excellent location. Nice and clean room with necessary amenities. The curtains are thin so it gets bright so they have provided eye masks which were very helpful. Also let us keep our luggage after check out to be picked up later.

As it is a bnb style room and not a hotel I would have liked the price to be a bit lower as it is almost the same price as hotels.

The property was in a very good location near Rialto bridge, even though it was near the tourist area, it was incredibly quiet at night with lots of nearby restaurants. The room I had had a second lobby area which could also host another bed if required including a fridge, coffee machine and tv’s in each room. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Contactable via a WhatsApp chat, I received all the information you needed for arrival, including WiFi, location and video showing entry to the property in case you arrive late.

Nothing really, the shower in the bathroom was slightly small. Maybe could provide a location of a couple of recommended restaurants or were the nearest supermarket is, although you can do this yourself
