Apparťman “train station” was located 15 kins from the train station in very calm part of the Venice. It is just a minute from water bus stop so no issue to take a bus and travel anywhere in Venice. Very nice 2 floors appartment - fully renovated. With completely equiped kitched and all what you need for your pleasant stay in Venice. We were with kinds (3) and we like it very much. The lady at reception was absolutely awesome as gave us an extra support to all our questions or doubts. Definately recommwnded.

Nothing special to complain- just maybe to add one wardrobe to each bedroom and a smaĺl table to each bed to increase comfort and space for guests.

Got an upgrade to Presendential Suite with 3 bedrooms and a big terrace on rooftop, which was fantastic to relax with views (just not of any water). Lots of big rooms and stylish periodic furniture. Take up their free Murano option to get a vapouretti tour to a glass-making gallary.... our kids loved it Great cental location ( for St Marco precinct) with everything within short walk including Realto. Plenty or supermarket or eateries close by.

The apartment is quite a climb as its on the 3rd floor with a skinny staircase... make sure you have light and or small bags. Reception is in the next street, so queries you will need to message or walk over to their building.

The decor including the entrance and the room I stayed in. I stayed in the yellow room & loved it! Staying in a room with light coming in is so important to me and the opening big tall windows was perfect! It had everything I needed including kettle, tea, coffee etc. The staff were amazing too, very attentive and helpful. They begin their communication with you prior to your stay all the way until you leave via watsapp. The location is perfect too! I would definitely hear again.

-location is great. Close to the Rialto bridge but far away where you don’t hear a lot of noise/foot traffic. -1 minute walk from the the Rialto stop. -10 min walk from San Marcos plaza -clean and bed is comfy. -good WiFi- I had a exam and did a online class. Went smoothly. -staff spoke English and were so helpful when we needed things. They are there from 8am-8pm. -They also held our bags when we checked out. - close to a grocery store. You can grab snacks and other items. - plenty of toilet paper and towels .

- walls are thin. You can hear people coming in and out and moving about. or in our case. Sing at 2am 🤣 - no elevators. If you have heavy luggage and you’re on the top floor …be prepared for the workout of your life. - depending on the rooms- they’re a little small and it was hard to place our phones or skincare near the bed. -water pressure isn’t the best and takes a while to heat up

The location was amazing. We were upgraded to the Signature apartment . The apartment was very spacious with beautiful views and a roof deck. The staff were friendly and accommodating.The communication was good. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch. There are a lot of stairs but the views are worth it! We would definitely love to stay here again

It’s amazing how this property finds itself in the heart of Venice and yet with a feeling of being removed from the busyness of Venice’s bustling streets. We absolutely loved our stay here from the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the friendliest of staff! The rooms are spacious and clean whilst being preserved in an authentic style that makes you think back to how Venice used.to be before the tourists arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

No elevator is common across Italy but the friendly staff helped with bags up the stairs.

Excellent position in the centre of Venice, very close to Rialto Bridge. Many restaurants, bakery shops, coffee shops, supermarkets in very close distance from the apartment. We always love to stay for a few nights in Venice rather that to come for a day from mainland.

As usually in the old buildings, especially in Venice where every square meter is really precious: quite small kitchenette, limited space to store clothes, plus in November quite a challenge to heat the stone-made house /flat.

The location was perfect for traveling with local boats and being on foot, the apartments had a luxorious yet timely atmosphere, the beds were very comfortable, good water pressure and amazing views from the terrace and the apartment windows - we could watch the gondolas go by and gondoliers sing every 2 minutes. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it if you're looking for authentic place to stay.

There was no washing machine.

Everything was just amazing, the location for me is perfect I do t think we can find better actually the hotel is located in a lovely court even it is a very quiet area , all the attractions and the hot places are like 5 mn away , the room was so clean and so so lovely even better than the pictures and they clean it up to us, I will never forget the kindness of the staff, Giorgia was amazing always smiling and very vert friendly,Eleonora was so kid and also Cosmin who took the time to book for us a table for a restaurant and gave us re recommendations for sure we will go back and hopefully we ll meet the beautiful team

Nothing we disliked

Large and comfortable property with two bathrooms and 3 single beds for my 2 children which is really difficult to find. The hosts were the best we’ve had, really good communication and directions on how to get to the property.

Located on the third floor, climbing the stairs with suitcases is difficult however most properties in Venice don’t have elevators so if you want Venice views on the terrace, this is the price you pay.
