We stayed in these apartments during our trip to Venice — and we were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: within walking distance of all the main attractions, grocery stores, cafés, and vaporetto stops. Despite being close to the city center, the area is quiet and peaceful — ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The host was very friendly and helpful: he gave us clear directions and great recommendations for restaurants and interesting places to visit. We will definitely come back next time — we’ve found our favorite place to stay in Venice!

The hotel is located right in the middle of many tourist attractions. Rialto bridge. St mark cathedral and doges palace are within walking distance. The facility is updated although the rooms screen window needs fixing. On the first night there were mosquitos that kept us awake. The water leaks in the door of shower enclosure. But otherwise we had a great stay. and Venice was one of the cities we would like to return if there is a chance and we will book in same hotel

It was a perfect location to get to see most tourist attractions in Venice reasonably, it was also right next to a waterbus stop which was very convenient. The room was nice and got very dark which led to great sleeping. The water being included was nice as well. The staff was also very accommodating even when I got off my plane later than anticipated and couldn’t arrive when I initially said I would.

The locks weren’t explained very well, me and some other guests got stuck outside for a moment because we were struggling to unlock the front door. There were also mosquitos, but I know that isn’t the hosts fault.

It was really nice small boutique hotel. We stayed for two nights and they cleaned our room every day. We had small refrigerator with free water and Nespresso coffee machine with coffee. Front desk girl was really welcoming and she let us know when our room was ready for check in. It supposed to be from 2pm but we had our room from 12.30pm. Hotel was in the small street, and you have to look for it with GPS. But it was another adventure in Venice. If you are flying from Venice you have water taxi 5 minutes from hotel . We really recommend this small hotel.

It was in such a great location! We enjoyed being part of the way away from the big touristy part near Rialto, but close enough to be near all the big attractions we wanted to see. The bed was by far the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our four week trip so far, so comfortable I wished I’d booked another night! Our room was also stated to be checked in by 3pm however they had it ready for us by the time we got there at 11am which was a huge bonus for us, as it had been a big travel day.

The stairs up to our room were narrow and a bit steep (nothing less than what I would imagine from Venice) which made carrying big suitcases up and down difficult. but obviously at no fault of the hotels, and definitely didn’t affect our stay. I would just take note if you’re carrying big luggage up. However, I did it with my partner no worries.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the accommodation in Venice! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the most important attractions — St. Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge, and romantic walks along the canals were just a few steps away. The room was impeccable, the cleanliness was exemplary, and the staff was always kind and attentive to every detail, ready to offer recommendations or assistance.

Easy to check-in (the instructions were very clear), the room we booked was amazing, we had a beautiful tera e in the center of Venice, so we could not ask for more! The design of the room was modern and stylish - that’s exactly that we’re been looking for!

The light in the balcony and on the terrace was not working, so it was not possible to sit outside when it got really dark.

There were several nice things which I didn't expect. The place despite of being in the very center is quiet. It also has a small common kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, free coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar and cream for coffee. There was also free bottled water in the refrigerator in the room.

I liked everything. The only problem to mention was WiFi it was slow and hanging from time to time, though it works.

Great location close to St Marks Square within walking distance there are lots of shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. The beds were comfy. We were given an early check in which was appreciated and free drinks given in the mini bar was a nice touch.

Our room was quite old and basic but fine for what we needed seeing as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, and it is an old building as expected in Venice I guess!

An ideal location. Very clean and modern room. Coffee machine. Free mini bar. The staff was very helpful.

The room was very small (apx 12m2 including the bathroom). There were no mosquito net on the windows and we were eaten by insects during the nights. The fridge was very loud. We turned it off because it was impossible to sleep.
