The facility is located in San Marco area, a 6 minute walking distance from Saint Mark's Basilica in a less crowded neighborhood with no noise at all. Everything you might need is a breath away. The host sent us an email with all the details for the check in and some useful locations and attractions. The room was recently renovated with a big bed and everything you might need, a smart TV and super fast internet connection. It was clean enough as expected.

Everything was fine except that the walls are a bit thin and you might hear the other guests walking by or if they are a bit noisy you might find it difficult to sleep. Finally, I think that it's on the pricey side as all of the accommodations in Venice and especially around San Marco area.

Location was 7 minutes away from the Rialto water bus station. It was good but not when we had to take our bags to and from it. Many restaurants and big shopping area near by. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed but the pillows were a bit hard. Nice bathroom.

It’s a guest house so no daily cleaning can be provided No meals can be offered.

Delightful room, warm with control of the radiators. Clearly effort was put into the Baroque style of the furnishings. The bathroom was wonderful and shower amazing for pressure and the soap products provided were fantastic. Daily room service was perfect even when I didn’t request it. I loved that i could leave my bags after checkout with no problem. I only encountered two staff members but they were very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic.

I did miss not having a common area as a way to feel part of something. So it was like half Airbnb experience and half hotel. But no complaints! I thought the price excellent. I imagine it is higher in the other months. The walls are a bit thin on the first foor so I could hear another guest snoring next to me. That’s why I have ear plugs! I hope to have another chance to stay at the hotel proper, everyone seems genuinely kind. ❤️

I really liked the personalized attention that Riccardo and francisca and the other staff were beyond their duties to provide me with my needs and requests. Their were always willing to give the best of them to make your stay comfortable and safe. My love and my heart go to them . Congrats. As per the facilities, the room was beautiful.super clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is in a great area with many restaurants and shops and groceries .. The location is pretty good, close to main attractions, but not too crowded. The host is vert helpful and easy to reach, big pro is that you can leave the luggage before or after check-in/check-out. The room was very nice, recently renovated so it’s even more cozy than in the pictures.

If you have a room with the windows faced more crowded street it can be a bit loud at night. Bathroom needs to be renovated (especially shower cabin).

Good location, 5-10min walk to main areas and boat stops. The room was small but did the job and was clean. Was great to have a kettle and the room was beautifully decorated. Bathroom was small, shower was very small and pressure was okay, it had good consistent hot water. Keyless and contactless check-in was easy. Storage of bags after checkout was possible at their nearby hotel, a 1-2min walk.

We were offered a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room in Pallazina Fortuny, 1min walk from Casa alla Fenice, which made our stay in Venice amazing! The hotel staff was exceptional, very kind, polite, ready to answer all our questions and extremely helpful. Housekeeping was offered every single day, with clean towels, free toiletries etc. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences! Totally recommended!

The location was great, really close to everything there is to visit. The room has the same theme as the La Fenice Theatre which is very close. The room was cozy and the bed was nice, the room and bathroom were clean and I really liked the smart lock on the entrance door, no need for a key or card that you can lose.

There was a leak inside the bathroom that I could hear. The entrance door felt like it would open whenever the neighbours opened their doors.

Location was great, accommodations very clean, bathroom was large and shower worked great, AC also worked great. Inner courtyard view was very nice. Room aesthetics were great and added to the quality of our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room we had was TINY I’m sure you could have a different room and it would be fine but just be warned for two people only one suitcase could be open at a time. The bed was a good size and comfortable but just lack of other space. Also, the hotel has no common areas really for sitting or lounging after the day so ur really either out or in the tiny room

Very nice location. Close to San Marco and Rialto. Very cosy place, and friendly staff. They were very helpful with whatever cases we have. I'm very happy to stay at casa Alla Fenice and recommend it for family to stay in Venice. Nearby there are some café with very good coffee and food.
