Close to San Marco square. The hotel was very clean & the room decor was nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The rooftop was also a nice treat.

Finding the hotel was a nightmare. We took the ferry to San Marco Sq. Wish that the hotel had clear directions on their site. Even GPS was taking us in circles. We ultimately called the hotel & they sent someone to help. When we departed we needed someone to help with bags & were charged 40 Euros for 2 suitcases & a small bag for not even a 1/4 mile. Being elderly we had no choice!

A few things were missing like robes, bathroom kit with cotton pads, ear cleaners , sewing kit etc-would expect those in hotel of this level. Plus, There is no room service

Fantastic hotel in a great location, just a short stroll from all the sites, but tucked away in a quiet location, which was nice to go back to at the end of the day. Easy to get to from the airport via water bus to Sant Angelo and then a five minute walk to the hotel. We had the standard room which was very comfortable, modern and clean - it’s not huge but you don’t come to Venice to spend the day in your hotel room! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good - can’t understand some of the negative comments as there was lots of choice! Lovely bar and restaurant opposite and also lots of other places to eat nearby.

Location very good. Easy to find restaurants very nearby. Situated in a very quiet area but also very close to all tourist spots. Was provided with clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. Rooms are modern and everything worked well. Beds comfortable and room temperature was good

Room was quite small. Difficult to find places to open two large suitcases.

Breakfast was plentiful but not much available in terms of hot meals. The scrambled eggs weren’t nice but the bacon and sausages were fine. Only boiled eggs were available too. Apart from that the facilities were excellent and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. One real personal touch which was exceptional was the hotel gave me a surprise birthday wish on the morning of my birthday which is why we came to Venice. I hadn’t informed them but they sang happy birthday and gave me some Prosecco and a cake with candle. Lovely touch.

I found a cobweb above our bed which was surprising as the rest of the room was really clean.

Beautiful. Clean. High quality furnishings, bedding and toiletries.

Breakfast was not great. There was a very broad selection that included scrambled eggs, mini pancakes, some breads, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, tomato, and mozzarella. I spread looked impressive, but the eggs did not taste good. They were very watery the Swiss cheese that I ate was low quality, though I would imagine most people that are less picky than I could find what they wanted. But this is my only complaint about this fabulous property and I’ll be staying there again in a few months.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was fully equipped, and everything has been as described. The staff was amazing and always eager to help and the breakfast was equally superb. The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy all parts of Venice on foot. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Venice.

The room was quite warm (we visited in October) and we could not activate the air conditioning.

Good location, great breakfast, nice, helpful staff, clean place, quiet.

Small bedroom, not much floor space, no night table on one side, room lighting needs improvement, bed linens exposed blanket and pillows used by all: Pillow cases not long enough, no duvet cover, just folded sheet method which felt less hygienic because it came apart during the night. Air conditioning could not be regulated in room we had to either not use it or call concierge to change our temperature.

It’s next to Teatro Fenice between two tiny snd lovely squares. Fenice gives you a marker on any map, which helps with Venice navigation. Excellent and fresh breakfast each morning. It’s an old building but totally redone inside. Modern and spacious bathroom. Not a lobby space for hanging out but you want to be out in Venice any way. Helpful staff. There is a pricey (Euro 150) water taxi service to airport that hotel will arrange and it picks you up only a two minute walk from hotel on a tiny little dock. Worthwhile and beautiful ride from there. We just didn’t want to hassle other ways to get to airport. Loved this place snd highly recommend it!

Room was good, on the 3rd floor and quite, so no street noise, or noise from inside of hotel...the location was good with easy access to the various sites of interest. Breakfast is a buffet, and all good with everything from fruit, yogurt, breads, porridge etc. They serve an excellent Cappuccino. Breakfast is open till 11:00am which is convenient for us who like to sleep in a bit. There is also a lovely rooftop bar where you can enjoy the sunset and serves snacks and drinks.
