The location was wonderful. Very close walk to excellent restaurants, museums, and water taxi stops. Conveniently close to St Mark's Square, but quieter. The rooms were larger than most we've experienced in Italy and comfortable. Although we didn't use it, having a kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The living room furniture needs to be updated, and doors need to be put on the showers. The upstairs bedroom was warmer than the downstairs bedroom, but we may not have used the thermostat correctly. A few maintenance items include an upstairs window and one dining chair.

It was a walking distance to the Piazza San Marco, passing by a pleasant and interesting neighborhood. There were "high end stores", various restaurants and souvenir shops. Our rooms were big and clean with all the amenities. The interior decoration was done in good taste.

We requested for a ground floor/lower level rooms as some of our companions have a bad knee issue, unfortunately there were no lower level rooms available at that time and we were given rooms at the top most floor. So our companions ended up staying in our room and were not able to go around.

Easy to get to from main train station in Venice, not far from water bus stop and just around the corner from a square with several restaurants. Guy at check-in was great and gave us some local tips but we never saw again after check-in but he said they were available on what’s app and email. Said we could leave luggage at check out if we needed to. Air con in the unit was amazing which was needed as we stayed during the heat wave. Extra cot bed put in room was comfy. Our room was only up one flight of stairs but be aware no elevator.

Shower head in downstairs bathroom doesn’t have brace to fit into so you have to hold in one hand while you shower. Only one smallish sofa/lounge in sitting room so our group of 5 had to sit a dining table to hang out.

Central location, beautiful building and decor. Hi ceiling and windows with access to additional rooftop room.

Glass table unsafe as the top came off and could have hurt my kids if I didn't catch it. Very heavy so veery dangerous.

The staff was very kind. The location was perfect, near to attractions and shops. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Easy check-in and possibility to deposit luggage after check-out. Room cleaning was a nice surprise. We would definitely choose this place again.

Everything was very good, but it would be nice to have tea or coffee in the kitchen annex. I found little blood stain on the bedsheet (but I didn’t report it because it was just before check-out) so maybe cleaning could be a bit better. Be careful with opening windows because there was a lot of mosquitos.

Hotel room was neat good, Children bed was not comfortable. Heating in the room was good. Very near to Sant Angelo within walking distance. We received warm welcome from staff and he helped me with luggage and necessary information for travelling back to airport

Unfortunately we forgot the sling bag with wife earrings in the hotel room. Bag which had the earrings was found but couldn't find the earrings inside.

It's our second time in Venice and it's the second time we stay here. It's very well located, silent at night and the comodations are very good. Thank you Mateo for everything.

Very nice hotel in venice, great location, nice staff, clean and enormous rooms. Big point for me was that they had a ground floor room so it is suitable for elderly or people with disability. We booked for 3 persons and The room they gave us was composed of 2 parts separated by a door, and 2 bathrooms.

There wasn’t anyone in the reception most of the time :( so if you put your luggages there for a while after checkout make sure you keep an opening card to open the door of property.

The accomodation is 10 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and 5 minutes to Rialto. An excellent spot to visit heart of Venice. The house is spacious, two baths, a small kitchen and good sleepeing conditions in the bedrooms. Matteo, the host is very nice and offering excellent info. Very good communication even before our arrival with nice hints about parking place and how to reach the location. Also Matteo colleague promtly answered the phone when we call to anounce our arrival. Grazie Mille per tutto!

As others travelers said, the couch in the living is not in a good conditions and requires a change. Also the kitchen smell (due to the fact that is closed with some doors has a pregnant smell and needs to be refreshed).

The apartment is close to everything. Just a short walk from the water taxi stop. There’s a nice restaurant on the corner with a great breakfast. We would definitely come back. Thank you!
