Staff were brilliant - so helpful, messaged information before our visit to help us find the property and arrange transport if required from the airport. The decoration was beautiful, spotlessly clean,lovely powerful shower and lovely comfortable King size bed. The location is excellent being so close to the main sights including Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. Boat/taxi stop is 2 minute walk away too so easy to get around and access transport and taxis to/from the airport. It was so quiet that we didn’t even know there were others staying there!! Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Nice sized room and very warm in winter. Decor was very Venetian as well. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and even offered luggage storage free of charge. Very happy overall!

Depending on what room you’re staying in there are quite a few flights of stairs; just be careful how much luggage you bring.

Great location - quick walk to Rialto where the bridge is and all the restaurants! And another quick walk to St Marks Square! The St Angelo stop is only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel so you can quickly hop onto an ACTV. Nice few cafe's next to the hotel as well. It's away from all the noisy crowds as well so can get a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel itself is very italian! classical musical played throughout the hotel which gives it a lovely vibe

The room itself was excellent. Spacious and tastefully decorated. We were in the suite and I have to say the pictures on the booking.com site are absolutely to be believed. It *is* that gorgeous. Props to whoever re-glorified this place. Location was perfect. Very short walk from the San Angelo ferry stop, with only one short flight of stairs leading to the door (8-9 steps up&down). A stones throw away from San Stefano (and the Aperol lounge, which frankly is a highlight of the trip) and good choice of breakfast coffee options. 10 min from San Marco. 10 min from pretty much everything tbh. The heated towel rail did not work and the bedroom TV sound is awful. Honestly, not experience breaking (we didn't go to Venice to watch TV) but it is a detractor from an otherwise excellent place that full of character.

We had the most amazing stay here, the room itself was beautifully furnished and cleaned every day of our stay. The WiFi was brilliant and the shower was lovely!! Linda on reception was excellent and sent us everything and more that we needed ahead of our stay and was brilliant the whole time we were there. The hotel is a short walk from rialto but just far enough away that the restaurants near by were very reasonably priced.

Great location and beautiful room! The hotel is a short walk from one of the boat stations which made it really easy to get to and from the airport with luggage, it's also a really great location in general with a lovely little cafe at the end of the street (great for grabbing something to eat in the morning before heading out). Staff were really friendly and helpful too! We were in a room on the ground floor but had no issues and as Venice is very quiet after 10/11pm anyway we had no noise issues at night.

This hotel was wonderful, it had everything we needed in the room and a very spacious shower which is something as tall people we struggled to find in Italy! The bed was comfortable and very quiet for saying how central the hotel was to busy areas. All the big attractions were only short walks away and the air conditioning was wonderful to escape the Venice Heat! Great to have a safe available too.

Only critique was that the usb charging port didn’t seem to work but everything else was great.

This hotel was great! The receptionist was very kind and sweet. We arrived to the room to see that the room was already cooled! No other hotel in Italy did this for us. The room was cute and they even provided a bottle of Prosecco for the anniversary we were celebrating. The bathroom was nice and big, and everything else was comfortable.

Nothing needs improved about this property! A+!

Bathroom with amazing shower, bed was comfy but pillows very firm (not a major downside) and TV with Netflix for the evenings. Place was very clean, couldn’t hear much noise, and after having a bad couple nights in another hotel hence the change, staff gave us a late check out which was nice! Location was amazing, lots of restaurants and bars within 5 mins or further out in 15 mins. Would definitely recommend.

Pillows very firm but not a major downside!

Location was great! Easy to get to the main places. The rooms are beautiful, it had that Venetian touch so I loved the look of mine. I’m also 30 weeks pregnant and they accommodated us with a better and bigger room on the second and third night as the first night our room was on the top floor (no elevator). Both rooms looked great, but the second room was spacious and beautiful!

They don’t offer breakfast, just tea and coffee with some amaretto biscotti (so we bought cereal and milk) but the only thing was they didn’t have bowls in the room so we had to ask reception for some one night, we ended up using the tea cups the other night because no one was at reception as it was 7am. No bin in the rooms except for the really small bathroom bin. The bed comfort wasn’t the greatest, a little too hard for my taste. I had to use extra cushioning (pregnant or not)
