First of all: The feeling to be welcome and the assistance that started days before our arrival. Any question was promptly answered and at our arrival we met with Franzesca who welcomed us with a bright smile. Then: The location. Ideally situated just a couple of minutes from th Marcus square, in the very heart of Venice, one can reach everything walking. Still, the entrance is on a very quiet backyard, it shares the same backyard with the 5 star St.Regis hotel. The other side is directly on the canal, so you can hear the gondoliers singing if you want. Also: The building and the rooms, very tasteful decorated, very clean and properly sized. We had a 2 rooms "junior suite" that were both just the right size, the bathroom was big enough and plenty of space in the wardrobes. There is also plenty of space outside the rooms, like a small salon, a table etc that on can freely use. All in all we had a wonderful time in Venice and the Corte Barozzi Hotel played a big role in that.

Nothing really, all was just perfect. Reading the other reviews are I have to say that, ok, its a hotel after all. Its a place where people stay for a couple of nights and leave again, its getting used every single day, furniture, bathroom, everything. So, things may show some signs of use here and there, you can't expect the a full renovation each tim a guest laves the hotel, right ? What count is that everything is properly maintained giving a good, clean and tasteful impression. This one is a very nice Hotel, we are very happy that we found it, we will choose the same if we visit Venice again and certainly recommend it to all our friends

Perfect location as tucked away 5 minutes from San Marco square, 2 minutes for water bus San Marco Vallaresso, straight off the waterbus down and alley and over a bridge and you were at the hotel! So handy for shopping, moving around on water bus, room was lovely overlooking canal and was great to hear the Gondoliers singing and chatting, could be noisy but we didn't mind as it was all a part of the atmosphere, we were on third floor so had to lean out to see the canal. Room was clean and a good size, we were upgraded to a suite which had an extra room with a sofa bed. Towels changed every day, bed made every day, free water, coffee and milk every day. We did the whole around Island on waterbus, then Murano and back up and down the grand canal as its all so interested. Lara was lovely and very attentive, her accent is gorgeous, I could listen to her all day! We needed a kettle as we like a nice cup of tea after walking all day and one was put in our room no trouble at all. Also loved the keyless doors, all done on an app, so handy, never had that before in a hotel. Extremely quiet courtyard to the front, typical Venetian style. Hotel has lots of original features which are amazing, like a bath (well i think its a bath) in the entrace with a glass top! Never seen one of those before!

This is a gem of a hotel. Right in the canals in San Marco. It can’t be beat. Lovely staff and very spacious and authentic to the Venice experience! Don’t spend too much on adjacent hotels when the real deal is right here!!

This was an exceptional property. The location is amazing, very central and you can literally walk to great shops and restaurants. The suit is nice and large and perfectly decorated with great quality lined and decor. The staff are truly exceptional, they give great advice and assistance - they really respond to every need. They were even able to track down a very remote jewelry store for me. You cannot go wrong with this booking - it was such a pleasure staying here. This was indeed a great find and we would love to visit them again.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff coordinated transportation from the airport, as well as transportation to the train station at the end of our stay. We arrived in the morning, but we were able to check in to our room right away! We were told even if the room wasn't ready, they would hold our belongings, which is convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to everything. The highlight of our stay was the staff member Lara, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

The hotel is small, but intimate, and very clean. Beautiful and large bathroom. The attendant (Lara) was wonderful, and even met us at the closest dock (300 ft away) to help with luggage. She was delightful and very knowledgeable. Our floor 1 (2nd floor) room had two small balconies overlooking a canal, with non-stop gondolas running below us. The WiFi was excellent

There is no breakfast or restaurant (or bar, for that matter), but we knew this going in. The St Regis is 50 ft across the courtyard, so drinks (albeit very expensive ones) and meals are available there. My suggestion: The Corte Barozzi would be well-served to put together a small map of local places to get breakfast or dinner; we found them difficult to find. Unfortunately, the attendant is only on duty until about 3PM

The hotel is small and tucked away in a small courtyard very close to San Marco. I booked a room for my granddaughter and myself. It had the main bedroom overlooking a canal, and the second more like a small living room with a daybed. Perfect for us

Had a little difficulty finding it and knowing which water bus location to get off. People were helpful in helping us, and after getting our bearings no further problems. Close to shopping and restaurants.
