Beautiful personnel in the reception - friendly, helpful and respectful; Very convenient location;

Room was a bit tired, with some marks on the walls and table - need urgent refreshing; One plastic panel on the wall, covering electric cords box was ripped off, so had to stick it back - inside; Breakfast is very basic, no hot stuff, and some things, when finished, were not refilled, like ham, sausage, cheese, etc. Supposing the were some wursts, but only empty metal containers left, not refilled: Lots of space to improve with breakfast.

We just returned from a wonderful long May weekend (2025) at Hotel Promenade in Lido di Venezia. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The lagoon views from our room were absolutely breathtaking - perfect for watching the sunset over Venice! The location is unbeatable - everything is within easy walking distance. The Adriatic beach, excellent restaurants, and a children's playground are all just minutes away, making it ideal for families. A huge bonus for fitness enthusiasts: there are numerous jogging paths starting right from the hotel, running along the scenic coastline - something that's nearly impossible to find in Venice proper! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the breakfast service - authentic Italian breakfast with fresh pastries and great coffee started each day perfectly. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view of the lagoon was a constant reminder of the hotel's prime location. Perfect base for exploring both the peaceful Lido and vibrant Venice. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a blend of relaxation and convenience. Tip: Ask for a lagoon-view room - it's worth it! And don't forget your running shoes - the coastal running paths are a runner's paradise!

This hotel is always a great stay! I have been here numerous times and it just keeps getting better. Really clean well maintained rooms- ours had a view of Venice and it was spectacular especially the balcony! The buffet breakfast has a wide range of tasty foods which can be eaten in the restaurant or on the terrace with a view of Venice! The staff and owners are all very kind and really do over and above to ensure every guest has a lovely stay. We will definitely be back and thanks again!

Second time staying here. Obviously came back because it was so good. Reception staff are fantastic and rooms great. Try getting a room at front with balcony overlooking water. Opposite water taxi station so going into Venice is easy. Beach is a five minute walk away. Breakfast was good and they also have a large patio with water view to chill on with a drink. Just a great Hotel.

The hotel location was good. I like hotel lobby with small breakfast hall. The breakfast was good and tasty. 4 star hotel standards. I would like to mention the staff of the hotel - worm professional meeting. Helpful and very nice administrative workers with knowledge how to meet guests. Really one of the best I have seen in 5 star brand hotels. Thanks ❤️

The room was very small and dark with very old furniture. Not comfortable. The bathroom also was small but clean and worm. Hotel is nice, but it needs renovation

Lovely hotel and right next to transport links. Lovely and helpful staff.

The room we had was a bit noisy but it was directly facing the vaporetto stops so it was to be expected. The positives outweigh and negatives, we would definitely stay here again. The only feedback we would give is that if there are 3 people staying in the room there should be 3 cups, would have been nice if the cups could be changed each day instead of having to wash them in the sink.

I was so impressed by the staff of this hotel, always genuinely kind and ready to help the customer. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. When it comes to breakfast, you have many options to choose from. I totally recommend Hotel Panorama if you decide to visit Venice.

Because of the hotel's location sometimes late at night, you can hear some people still partying outside, which can be bothering if you're a light sleeper, but I wouldn't say it's the hotel's fault.

Excellent value for money (especially compared with comparable hotels in the area at which we've also stayed). Staff very friendly and obliging; room both charming in atmosphere and well-equipped with hot tub, toilet room separate from shower, safe for valuables, plenty of storage space, and a pleasant view. Breakfast was generous and good quality. Proximity to the water transport to central Venice simply couldn't be better. We will certainly book here again on our next trip to Venice!

Low-hanging beams (our room was in a slanting attic) were charming but one had to be wary not to bump one's head; only real improvement would have been a place to lock baggage away by reception before check-in / after checkout, as we only had the option of leaving our suitcases in an unsecured maintenance cupboard. However, for the price you'd be hard pressed to find a hotel as friendly and practical as this, so I'd certainly recommend it highly.

The position of the hotel is excellent for exploring the Venice laguna, vaporeto is across the street! The view of our room was beautiful, we could see panorama of Venice! Good breakfast, clean room, excelent staff 🥰

Very friendly staff. Great location on the quiet island of Lido, overlooking the lagoon and Venice grand canal opposite. Quick boat trip into the attractions of Venice city, returning to the peaceful beauty of Lido in the evenings. Room well equipped, good size, good shower and comfy bed. Would certainly recommend and return.

Under the bed and desk was very dusty. Breakfast was not very varied day to day (however nice enough)
