Good location. A few minutes to the beach, I can imagine how is it here during top summer season. Breakfast was nice. We ordered for additional price baby crib in one of the rooms. The staff was helpful . Very close to Venice, I didn't find any living rooms for normal price in Venice and didn't want to stay in Mestre, so Lido was an option

There was some confusing with our breakfast which was already paid, but the staff managed it finally. We were a big group and it might be confusing I guess

I stayed in one of the quadruple rooms which is located outside the main hotel building. This is very spacious and has a comfortable bathroom. I made use of the very reasonably priced (12€) breakfast once, and there was a lot to choose from, including fresh yoghurt and fruits. The hotel is at walking distance (15min) from the boat stop and in a very safe area.

The quadruple room is opposite another quadruple room and the walls are very thin, so there was quite some noise from the neighboring guests. I chose this room because of the kitchen facilities, but apparently there is an extra fee to be paid to use the kitchen (which is behind a locked door). This is not clear in the Booking.com advertisement, and the staff was kind enough to let me use the kitchen without the extra fee. The beds were a bit hard to my liking, but that is very personal.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we received a free room upgrade, good value, close to beach (one public and one private), useful private parking inside hotel's garden (extra charge), but possibility to park free on the street. Quiet area, confortable beds, all necesary facilities.

Not much to complain for the price paid, but simply as suggestions: breakfast is good, but it could be more varied from day to day; the building could use some exterior renewal work.

We were welcome by a friendly and warm front desk staff member named Viviane. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean, nice, and spacious facing the beach. All the staff from the chamber maid to the front desk never failed to attend to our request. The toilet has bidet which is useful.

The only thing was we were not informed that if the temperature dip to 10⁰ degrees or if it's raining, the aircon will not be on. Thus, we need to open the window, and the mosquito and the fly started to come in, and they don't provide any mosquito or insect repellent, i.e., Vape plug in.

Fantastic location on Lido, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff were great, so welcoming and friendly and gave great advice on the local area. Breakfast was a big range and excellent quality. Easy to get from port too, just hop on the bus and it stops outside in a few minutes. Lido is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day in Venice or for a few chilled days on the beach. Our family room was huge, and allowed our teenage daughter her own space away from the main bedroom. I am so pleased we chose to stay here, it far exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Venice extra special - and for such a reasonable price too. Thanks to all at the hotel, I would recommend in a heartbeat

Only improvement for me would be to have a full length shower over the bath in the family room, instead of a lower shower attachment.

Great hotel, we stayed here 13 years ago before kids and returned with 2 kids.. reception staff very helpful and friendly. Helped with getting food delivered for us. Breakfast was good but it's £12 a day but plenty of choice for everyone. Only negative is the hotel is a good 10min plus walk from the boat stop, long for the kids after a busy day in Venice. Great beach opposite the hotel, boat busses are frequent and there are plenty of restaurants and shops on the island. Lido is lovely and you won't be disappointed l.

I really like this place it’s simple but very charming. we had a small apartment with a kitchen. So we prepared our meals and felt at home. I felt comfortable and welcome. Fantastic location, ask for bike hire to explore the island I would love to return real soon The day and night staff were amazing I didn’t get the chance to see the roof terrace so I’ll have to return soon lol

It’s different but still very lovely certainly great value for money It seems in line with the rustic nature of most of the properties around

Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Maybe some people would think living on Lido whilst visiting Venice is too far away, but it's perfect location as everything is in a walking distance, including vaporetto station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The view of the sea from our window was incredible! Bed is really comfortable and bathroom is very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was wonderful with good spread buffet. Well maintained restaurant and staff were really professional. Check in and check out was swift and they were quite busy for the time. We reached the hotel quite late due to flight delays and just stayed for the night. Great sea view room. If you are looking to do something in Lido island only then you should book this otherwise end up paying for the ferry as well which adds up to a huge cost.

For the time(2nd Nov) it was not even too cold on a rainy night, however the AC were off due to the 'season' - there is no way to turn it on even after request.

The breakfast was very good, the room was very confortable and had what we needed (we just needed a place to rest and spend the night, no luxuries). Bathroom was good. We stayed there in the winter, so we could not enjoy the beach. In the summer, the location must be perfect, because it is right in from of the beach. They stored our baggage before the check in and after the check out, which was amazing.

It was a bit of a walk to get to the waterbus station, but nothing much. No complains.
