We have stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe, but often found that the star ratings didn’t match the actual quality. This hotel, however, is the first one that truly deserves its 4 stars — and maybe even more! Everything was absolutely perfect: the hotel is spotlessly clean, the location is excellent, and they even offer free private parking, which is a rare bonus in this area. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with direct access to the sea and breathtaking views. If you want to visit Venice, the drive to the ferry station is short and convenient. Usually,we don’t enjoy staying in hotels for long periods because most of them lack the right quality and don’t give me the feeling of being at home. But this hotel is an exception — it’s the kind of place we would choose for a long, relaxing stay. Also, it’s wonderfully quiet, far from the city’s noise and chaos, which adds even more to the relaxing experience. Even the breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, peace, and quality.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak English. The free underground parking is clean, bright and perfect for the very rainy few days we were there. The breakfast was very nice. It included several types of eggs, sliced meat and cheeses, fresh pressed fruit juices, cereals, breads and very good coffee and hot chocolate.

It’s difficult to find. We had to get directions in the campground next door. And, you can’t park your car until after you check in and get the room key. The building isn’t by the beach, you have to walk through the campground. Also, the spa and indoor pool (which costs 6 euros to use) is in a different location. The dinner was just ok. The food was lacking flavor.

Very good location to have a weekend visit to Venice from. The ferry to Venice is really close by and is very regular, even out of season. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent; a lot of choice and fresh. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel restaurant; it was delicious, reasonable in price and the staff was very friendly.

Room was too hot and we couldn't regulate the temperature. With the window open we were disturbed during the night by traffic along the road and other hotel guests.

Location is excellent for those driving to see Venice. Drive to ferry and park all day for 5 euro, ferry takes 35mins. Building is pretty new so very clean. We had a second floor balcony and left door open all night with flyscreen to stay nice and cool. Parking underground is excellent, but watch out for some low air vents which are painted white, they are against the wall and if reversing in with a taller car will cause big damage. Breakfast was excellent.

They leave the balcony lights on all night, but we asked and they turned them off so no real drama. Like most places they turn off the air conditioning. Restaurant could do with more choices. We ended up eating in the camping area restaurant and had an excellent steak.

Really good hotel with great facilities! The spa is great, everything very modern end clean. The rooms are very cosy, In a modern style. Exceptional breakfast with very friendly ladies. Very good chef in the restaurant! Spaghetti with raw tuna fish exquisite!! The ladies from the front desk are very friendly! The private beach is also beautiful! Very good value for the money. Amazing brand new hote with free parking and a good option to visit Venice, just 5 min driving to the boat dock (vaporeto to Piazza San Marco 30min). You can park your car in front of the dock for 5 euros per day when you go to Venice or Lido. Excelent breakfast and room. If you stay in Cavallino instead of Venice you can also enjoy the beach and a very calm atmosphere. Everything was perfect!!!!!

The room was very nice, comfy and clean. Lot of interesting lights, even in the bathroom and the shower. The cleaning lady cleaned up our room automaticly, making a good return fot us at the end of the second day. Nice to come to clean and tidy room after a whole day of wlaking and touristing. Thank you!

The breakfast had a lot of awesome options - eggs, ham, cheese, lot of sweets and fruits, but personally - I was missing FRESH VEGGIE - salad, tomato, whatever thats fresh and okay for savoury breakfast for us, who don´t eat meat or eggs. Otherwise very okay and friendly.

Clean. Staff is very helpful and informative. Central location, beach directly behind hotel. Umbrella and two chairs are included with room assignment. beach very clean. Breakfast is exceptionally good.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful at the reception. Room very nice and clean, premium quality toiletries products, sun bed reserved at the beach and breakfast very good and full of choice. Private parking at the premises.

Price is a bit high

Great place. Hotel attached to the camping - all facilities available. We travel with the dog - this place has a unique attitude for animals. Dogs’ beach one of the best I have seen. Very good breakfast.
