Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, conveniently located to the sea. Beachtowels, reserved sunbeds and umbrella and all unionlido camping amenities included. This was our third stay at the art&parkhotel and we will for sure be back!

Everything is exceptional! Art&Park hotel is a very good hotel (it is a part of Union Lido) , beautiful, nicely decorated room and bathroom, public places, very clean, very good breakfast, nice , helpfull staff. Union Lido is huge and it has everything you may need: hotel, bungalows, restaurants, shops, swimming pools, gardens, and everything is spotless clean! Congrats! A very nice surprise for us! Have a good season! Hope to see you soon!

The area is very beautiful and everything is accessible. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The aqua park also very amazing.

We wished there was a better explanation about the apartment online at the time of booking. We would have needed to know that there is no wc in the ground floor.

For this price, this is truly an unbeatable place, especially for couples with kids. The beach is amazing, plenty of good restaurants, theme park, water park, etc. Most importantly the guests are nice and respectful towards each other, creating a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. No surprise you have to book almost a year ahead for the peak periods.

Location and cleanliness

Swimming pool life guard girl chased out of the pool my wife 10 minutes earlier within the working time so she can go home early. Started closing the cover of the pool while the lady was till in the pool to chase out the CUSTOMER from the water.

otherwise, everything was positive and recommendable, except for what was indicated as a minus

the negative thing is that such a large complex does not have a doctor in the morning (after looking for a doctor due to an allergic reaction to an ingredient that was served at breakfast), a doctor was requested at the reception, two young employees said that there is no doctor, while the older one, I guess, the manager, did not care at all how to help the hotel guest. They didn't even know how to refer to the nearest clinic or hospital. can happen in such a large complex

Rooms were a generous size, pool area was lovely

The breakfast was very disappointing - it was available until 1030am but the food looked as if it hadn't been replenished. Also, check out at 10am is very early

- the main advantage is the access to union lido - there is so much things to do and it is so nice, especially the aqua parks and beach also the restaurants offer a pretty good range on food - for kids it is just fantastic - the hotel was clean and the pool nearby great relax - parking good organised

- room could maybe soon need some refubrishment - safe is size of smartphone (not much space) - pool bar is the most expensive bar in range of 5 km - noise in form of loud music from the club till 4 AM
