Great location and ease of use of facilities. Nice addition with the shared fridge with private boxes to store own goods. Off the main road so car was very isolated and safe. Did a nice walk along the canal and could get to Venice in less than an hour for my work.

Spring mattress and low pressure water. That being said, the first matter is a personal dislike and the second may have been due to ground works being done next door for a new hotel. So I wouldn't hold it against them.

Fascinating building with lots of quirky details that trigger the curious mind. I particulary enjoyed the ceiling tiles in my room, which were all identical, but arranged such that it produced multiple patterns. Also amused by the fire hose reel feed pipe that doubled as a hand rail. Very clever. Beautiful furniture. Comfortable beds. Super clean. The team here put a huge amount of work into this building and it's function as a hotel. Great hosts, couldn't do enough for me and super helpful.

It's a family business and the boss Mr. Mauro and his sister are very keen to make sure everything is in order. Mr. Mauro is very careful and helpful, just very nice. There is every day (!) A fresh towel and also the room is made. You can always ask Mr. Mauro questions, he also gives good information about the surroundings and of course about Venice. The pension is located a bit out of the way, but still you can reach everything very quickly by car.

Unfortunately, the weather was unexpectedly very cold, but Mr. Mauro immediately took care of the heating. Jesolo is unfortunately not recommended in October, because 80% of stores, restaurants, museums and hotels are closed. This is a pity, because there were also sunny days and then you can't do so much locally.

Mauro’s place was perfect! He welcomed us, and showed us everything we need to know about the place! The room was perfectly clean and tidy! And the best part is the breakfast. Breakfast was so good, so many options you can choose from, and everything was delicious! If you wanna stay somwhere that is actually not that far from Venice, this is the place!!!

All was OK. Lot of room for parking. Location also good. The rooms were very clean. The owner Mauro was very friendly and helpful.

There is a bridge close to the house and there is a lot of traffic even during the night. If your windows face the bride it is very noisy even with closed windows.

We are satisfied with the accomodation and we have only positive experience, service is polite and nice, food (breakfast) excellent, This accomodation can be offered with good heart! Thank you.

WiFi connection could be a bit better but still not that bad.

The owner is really friendly and tries to accomodate every need you have. The B&B has a garage for bicycles which is really helpful. There's also a big breakfast.
