Hotel is older, but it’s good value for money. Staff was great, always smiling and helpful. At breakfast you have better quality food, unlike other hotels that just give you cheapest salami… We didn’t have dinner included but asked for one night extra dinner and it was delicious. Each room has beach umbrella and 2 beds free. Rooms are cleaned daily. AC in room was OK.

The internet was slow so we couldn’t watch netflix and had to use our data for searching for the attractions and making reservations.

Very kind staff, delicious dinner, bicycle, that can be used by the guests for free. Clean rooms and good location, with swimming pool on the top.

Serving the dinner took ca. 1-1,5 h every day, which I find too long. Breakfast is the same every day. Rooms are a bit old fashion, bathroom needs renovation obviously, but it is clean.

Breakfast was good. There was a decent spread of options and quality was great. Good coffee too. Hotel made an effort have breakfast ready at 05.30 on the morning of our race which was great. Location to the beach is good and hotel is very conveniently located for the Ironman 70.3 race.

Excellent Location, close to see and close to restaurant and walking area. Clean rooms with balcony and see views. Very good breakfast including Proseco at weekends!!! Swimming pool at the top !!!

Room was a bit small but clean and confortable. AC and WIFI works extremely good.

It is clean and has a great location. Most of the rooms are renewed and the you have free bicycle once available. Pool on the top is also fancy.

The hosts are extremely helpful, the location is very good. You have restaurants to choose from +-5min away from hotel, beach is 2min away, ferry to Venice is 20min away with car.

At the end of your stay you have to pay some city taxes, that I didn’t see anywhere noted. It’s not big pay, but still they should note it somewhere.

Perfect location if you’re taking part in Ironman event! Only 400m away from the start line. No problem with keeping bikes in the room also staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Nice sea view.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Toilet and shower was super small and whole bathroom got wet when showering due to its size.

The hotel have good location, near the beach. Parking is free. You can rent a bike to go around. Breakfast is very good. The man in the reception is very kind. Rooms are basic, oldfashion, good to have balcony and refrigerator.

We were disappointed because the pool and terrace were not open.

The owner was very helpful and always willing yo assist and available

air conditioner was not cool enough, had to open the balcony door as it was better outside
