The breakfast was delightful. The hotel’s location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions, bus station near by and good supermarket. We particularly appreciated the free sunbeds by the beach, which made our seaside experience even more relaxing. The convenience of ordering food by the pool was a great touch, allowing us to enjoy snacks and drinks. Daily room cleaning. The hotel managers were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. Lastly, the delicious Prosecco.

There is a somewhat unusual air conditioning system where everything is controlled at the reception and you don't have a remote control in your room.

pricing a bit too high for a 4S hotel (last minute booking), rooms renovated and cozy in the average for the location and category but more in general not aligned with international 4S standards.

We stayed in the suite, which was very nice. It had a great and spacious balcony. It had quite wonderful views. Room, was spacious as well. 2 Beach chairs come with room.

Check in processes was disorganized and took a long time. Seemed very frazzled. Asked to keep our passports, which seemed odd.

Great location, quiet and comfortable. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every day of our holiday, everything was wonderful.

Excellent hotel near the beach and lots of bars and restaurants, was very clean, the breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were free bikes for use by hotel guests. We didn’t try the dinner but it looked nice from the menu!

Was quite a long walk to the centre of town but there was lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

human approach from Alberta -hotel manager. she was doing everything possible to make our stay not only good but also friendly, always there to offer alternative solution in case of any problem. clean hotel, nice pool with hydro massage, breakfast really ALL you can eat and more.

room for 2 was little small but very classy and cleaned every day

Thank for warm welcoming in reception. The pool is nice, the hotel is clean.
