The breakfast buffet (7:30 to 10:30) surpasses all others we have had during our many stays over the years in the Piazza Nember area of Lido di Jesolo. I was grateful for the daily ability to make a (simple but delicious) salad of rocket, tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet peppers. The fruit preparation was also excellent. (And of course there is the usual spread of cold cereals, baked goods, eggs, cold meats, etc.) Special thanks to the kitchen staff and the two breakfast ladies who keep the buffet very well stocked, even for latecomers. The two are also very prompt in re-setting tables in the dining room; although one of them was overall a little grumpy. (Sorry that my admittedly clunky buongiorni weren’t good enough for you to acknowledge, even when you were standing right next to me, Signora Coda di Cavallol! 😉) The chlorinated pool is wonderful and clean, with approximately two dozen lounge chairs in sun and shade. The front-desk, maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and thorough. The location (a block in from the beach) was excellent. The beds were comfortable; the linens are of good quality. The air conditioning worked well this time — not too strong or too feeble. (On a previous visit, we had to change rooms because the AC did not work, and the front-desk team handled the move professionally; but then the room to which we were re-assigned was overpoweringly cold, and we were too embarrassed to say anything.)

The usual for a beach-town hotel: walls are thin, but we have found that the Background Sound feature on an iPhone works very well. The room safes are not big enough to put a laptop in. (They *are* big enough for an iPad.) The security level on the WiFi system is not sufficient for my employer’s requirements so I had to use mobile roaming. (I mention these demerits not because they meaningfully detracted from my stay, but because other potential guests might want to know these things.)

Fantastic location, a few metres from the beach, bars and restaurants. Staff superb, friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special.. Especially Manuela and Enrico..Grazie Mile, Breakfast impeccable served on the terrace, fabulous pool and plenty of loungers, very well maintained and super clean. Room spotless clean, bed really comfortable..Loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning..

Hairdryer...needs updating.. Guests not showering before entering the pool despite having a perfect shower available 😡

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Helios. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and a perfect size — everything you need for a relaxing break. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with anything. The location couldn’t be better — just a short stroll from the beach with a beautiful view right from the room. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a great spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was delightful. The hotel’s location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions, bus station near by and good supermarket. We particularly appreciated the free sunbeds by the beach, which made our seaside experience even more relaxing. The convenience of ordering food by the pool was a great touch, allowing us to enjoy snacks and drinks. Daily room cleaning. The hotel managers were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. Lastly, the delicious Prosecco.

There is a somewhat unusual air conditioning system where everything is controlled at the reception and you don't have a remote control in your room.

Helios Hotel is in a perfect location – just a short walk from the beach and the main promenade. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of food and drinks, even sparkling wine. The hotel has a secure parking area, and within a 15-minute walk you can catch a boat to Venice, which makes for a very convenient day trip. Highly recommended!

There were no negative points.

Great location, comfortable rooms, a balcony with a partial sea view. Parking is available as well, and even parking assistance for the particularly narrow stops. Rich breakfast with lots of choices. Very good coffee. Super friendly and helpful staff at reception. It‘s a place to return to.

Bathroom could use a bit of refurbishment. Also shower is very small. But all in all it’s still fine.

Hotel was spotless clean. Staff were very friendly especially Manuela on reception. The location beside beach and restaurants/bars is excellent also. Buffet breakfast in morning is really good value too, a huge selection of food to suit everybody

Cleaning staff were noisy very early some mornings. Knocking on our door at 8am, which happened twice.

We loved the staff as they were kind to us and parked our car. They also helped with planning activities like going to Venice for the day. The rooms were clean and the terrace was perfect since we are smokers. The breakfast was big so we had a lot of choices on what to eat. The view was beautiful and so close to the beach.

The room was clean and had a nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast was absolutely great. The beach was very clean, a one minute away walk from the hotel and the sunbeds were included in the room price.

pricing a bit too high for a 4S hotel (last minute booking), rooms renovated and cozy in the average for the location and category but more in general not aligned with international 4S standards.
