The hotel is super clean: roommaid was a very nice lady, she cleaned and organised the room each day, we received new clean towels each day, we also saw men cleaning air conditions. All rooms are air conditioned. Beach is right a few steps away from the front door, really close. We received sun beds and parasoles for the room. Breakfest is delicious and offers wide variety of choices. Staff was very kind and helpful. The city itself is clean and well organised, good for cycling or wandering, lots of restaurants, free toilets, free showers. As hotel is placed in Faro, environment is relatively calm, no laud music at night.

Only small things that an old building may cause. Thin, not insulated walls and windows, so we had to use AC all the time, which was laud. We could hear neighbours due to thin walls. In wardrobs there were no shelves so it was a bit difficult to pack our clothes. Some parts of the equipment needs to be repaired, like toilet, tap, one of the beds. Garbage truck comes four times in each morning, but after a while, one can get used to it.

The breakfast is great, can't fault it best hotel breakfast ever. The hotel is about 100 yards from the beach and you are allocated sunbeds and sunshade on the hotels section of the beach a big bonus when you are on a very busy beach. The town is basically on your doorstep with all the bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Venice is 45 minutes away and return tickets costs 25 euros using public transport which is so easy to access. The bus stop is in a parrallel street and drops you at the ferry which drops you off 100 yards from St Marks Square.

Room furnishings were a bit outdated but not so bad as to spoil the stay and only 1 English channel on the TV BBC World News but we didn't go to watch the telly.

I liked everything: location is just perfect near the walking street but has no noise at night, the restaurant Myrtcea where we eat all our diners, room very clean and cleaned every day, the staff is always willing to help, breakfast was just perfect - very good and fresh and the staff always refill everything, great coffee. Nice bonus: the free bicycles. The AC worked perfectly and it also not that noisy.

The hotel is right next to the beach, reserved sunbeds and parasol are included in the price. The breakfast has great selection and they have gluten free options (crackers, cookies and cake) which were much appreciated. By being a guest you also get a 10% discount in the restaurant at the back of the hotel. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and the sheets are changed daily.

Hotel: Located in a nice area of Lido di Jesolo. Second row buildings from beach, first to main street where all nice restaurants and shops are. Evenings streest is closed for trafic and you can really enyoj walking there. Restaurant in Hotel is really good. Food was nice. Pizza best, and prices are reasonable. You get 10% discount as a guest of this Hotel. Really nice. And always mention that when eating there. From the beach only 50 meters away. Perfect. 10 meters from hotel supermarket. Cool. They make some take away food for reasonable prices. I would give personal grade for 3 stra hotel: 7.5 from 10 Room: Rooms are in general okay. Something what you would expect from 3 star hotel. Rooms have AC, TV, and what was really nice, there was also a small mini bar Fridge. Still ask if there is fridge. I saw in older posts there was not in every room.That was exceptional in my room. Cleaning is done every day 🙂.Also nice You can see some rusty and old things in room but still okay. Walls a bit thin but that is no problem if you do not have problems with sleeping. So the not so nice thing was Balcony. It is a bit rusty and even if it says Sea View it is partial sea view, and on my balcony was AC which was a bit loud at night. I would give personal grade for 3 star hotel: 7 from 10 Parking: Parking was great. In front of a hotel. A bit narrow but still you do have your parking place, and it seems secure. You do not need to give your car keys to reception like in most other hotels which was for me perfect I would give 9 from 10 Breakfast: Breakfast was okay. Sometimes old bread, but tipical hotel breakfast. Coffee was not so good from machine. Hey it is italy, there should be real espresso I would give 7 from 10 Beach: Distance from hotel 1 min walk, 50 meter. Designated hotel area. You get free umbrella and chairs. Exceptional. On the beach 40 meters away is public showers and toilet, for free, beach stuff always there to help you.... perfect.

The whole experience was very nice. Spotless room, nice view of the sea from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The staff there lovely, kind and helpul. The family that is in charge with managing the hotel is lovely and dedicated, a beautiful family. The bicycles🥰. We liked everything at our stay in Hotel Arizona. Grazie!

The hotel is nice, close to the sea, the room was clean and we had a pleasant stay even though some of the facilities and decorations are a bit old fashioned or dated. Breakfast was very good with many options especially in the sweets area. Bikes, sun beds and umbrella are available for free.

Some decorations might need a slight restoration but this was not really a problem.

Good location near to the beach, minimarket and restaurants near, very clean, room is big enough, good breakfast. Small fridge in the room mounted on wall but is enough for few bottles of watter.

Parking a bit problematic and tight.

This is a family run hotel, super market across the road, its in a brilliant location, very clean. it’s not a modern hotel but it’s super clean and has great character, has a delicious breakfast and has great air condition. But most importantly the staff are incredibly nice and super helpful… we will without doubt be staying there again!!!
