Nice breakfast, wonderful location and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Really one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff helped with luggage, showed us to our room, helped with dinner reservations, day-trip plans to Venice, quick bike rentals and more. Pool has been redone this year and the hotel is being slowly modernised. We had a family room which worked great for us.

Noisy neighbours could be heard when they walked down the hall late at night. The bathroom has a strange layout making it a bit awkward- but functional.

Excellent location, friendly staff and very welcoming (10/10). Good food both breakfast and restaurant. Its an older hotel, but its a small detail compared to the service we got from everyone - and its clean.

If I have to say something it would be the shower is to the small side, but it was a minor inconvenience..

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. Good location beside the beach, where you had free sunbeds. Beautiful and clean just renovated pool area with showers. The cleanliness was taken care of very well. Free bikes that you can use whenever you like.

A little worn out in some places and the elevator was a little slow.

Staff amazing, so welcoming & super helpful . Location super, beachfront and surrounded by huge selection of shops & restaurants. Hotel is based about 1km from the lighthouse end of lido je jesolo. Breakfast is super, full hot and cold buffet with plenty of breads/ cakes/juices and even prosecco!

Really enjoyed our stay - we were upgraded to commencing rooms with full sea view which was wonderful. Although some of the fittings are slightly older in style - the whole hotel is immaculately clean and the beds very comfy. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful- reception and housekeeping especially. Loved having seat numbers on the beach as well as the ease of access. Very handy for restaurants as well as bus/boat to Venice- being able to get tickets at reception was ideal. Only thing which could make it better- coffee making facilities in the room

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast excellent and the hotel clean and nice.

The position of the room, in the picture I saw that our room was near to the front of the hotel as we could see the sea and when we arrived there the staff gave us a room in the back of the hotel, that was not really nice and we paid quite a lot of money for 4 nights.

Beautiful views, garage for parking car, private beach with sunbeds included, extraordinary breakfast with great homemade cakes and free espresso. Service was outstanding and we got a welcome drink at the bar as well!

While the bedroom is alright, bathrooms could be renovated.

Cosy, calm family hotel with private pool right by the seaside. Plenty morning buffet with a good variety of food and fruits. Also good lunch and dinner, which you could enjoy on the terrasse with unlimited view of the sea. Every appartment has dedicated sunbeds (pool or seaside), so you have the same sunbeds for a week. This is super cool, as you avoid the early birds running down to the pool putting their towels on the sunbeds. Remember to ask reception for the either pool or seaside. The staff was smiling and very helpful in all matters. Nice rooms with own balcony and seaview. There were sufficient space in the rooms for 3 single beds for our three teenagers. Super. Very effective cleaning every day. Safe environment Private parking, which is great when you arrive in your own car.

Nothing negative to say, really. Oh. One thing. There is no laundry service at the hotel. And there is no laundry service close by. A thing we discovered when the reception guided us to what they thought was the nearest laundry shop.

excellent location direct by the see in Jesolo. The equipment and the furnitures are a little bit old but evetything was very clean. the Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially the staff at the reception and the gentleman at the pool. You can get umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach or at the pool for free, you just need to book it at the reception. The breakfast is very rich, a lot of kind of food and also delicious. The parking possibility is very good, this is a big advantage in Jesolo. I can recommend this hotel for families, my kids really liked the pool and the facilities.

There is no shelf space in Shower room , not convenient to take shower. All the shampoos and gel need to leave them on the floor. The air filter fan is not working properly. Shower room humidity and smell. The balcony has no light. The rest are great and we had great time.
