The location looks very good, the rooms are large, with everything you need and the yard is very beautiful. The bus stop is near the gate. During the period when we were there it was a direct bus to Venice only in the morning, until 9:30, then you had to go down to the center and take another means of transport.

Although we checked in the day before we arrived for 4 adults and a child with passport data for each, when we arrived at the villa they were annoyed that we did not announce in advance that we were 5 to prepare the sofa bad in one of the apartments. We asked for a blanket and we didn't get it. They blamed each other and finally apologized for forgetting. We wrapped the child with bathrobe in the night because it was cold. The shower cabin is horrible. There are no places nearby where you can go out for breakfast.

We loved this Villa! The 2 bedroom and sofa in living room worked well for our family of 4- 2 adults, a young adult and teen. It also has lots of closer and drawer space. The pool (open 24 hrs summertime) was lovely and the yard was very relaxing. The Villa is right on the local bus line with easy access to Venice. It also is in bus/walking distance to restaurants, a mall, grocery stores, and the train. Additionally, it's close to the local hospital. We appreciated that the Villa was equipped with plenty of towels and toilet paper. It also has a well equipped kitchen. It was peaceful and quiet.

The master bedroom had a very hard mattress. We placed two comforters on the mattress as a make-shift pillow topper, which worked. The bathroom is large, but the shower stall is quite small, and for larger people it may be difficult to enter and use. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, so if people can't use stairs, it's important to request a first floor apartment.

We would like to thank the wonderful owners for an amazing stay at their villa. The apartments are well-kept, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The surroundings are immaculate, and the pool is pure bliss for the body. The hosts are very friendy, generous, helpful and provide all the information on how to get to Venice. The only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. A fantastic place! Thank you!

Everything was better than we could have imagined

The gentleman who welcomed me was very kind and helpful. The accommodation is in a wonderful setting, everything was perfect. It was especially good that we came here from bustling Venice to relax in the evening. The apartment was just like in the pictures and description. sophisticated, clean. Convenient, safe parking for cars. I would be happy to return anytime.

There was no such thing.

The villa is lovely place, relaxing quiet garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was really nice, much bigger than expected and sleeping there was lovely. The style and design of the apartment was really nice and I have to praise amazing hosts- the room was ready despite we arrived 2 hours earlier. Also they allowed kids to be in the pool outside official hours. Overall, the whole place is really charming and a bus stop for the connections to Venice is right in front of the house.

My son chose our apartment online. his favourite in or close to Venice & it was lovely. swimming pool & gardens are well looked after

there was nothing we didn’t like. the staff where welcoming & put ballon’s & banners up for my sons16th. made him feel special & a private car picked us up from the airport with his name on a board. The owner drove us to Venice. he was very friendly &kind. thank you 🙏 for every thing Lorenzo. we can’t wait to return 💚

Stayed for 2 nights before flying out of Venice. It’s easy to get the bus & tram into Venice - literally over the road from the apartments and takes around 30 minutes. The apartment had everything we needed. Bonus being a washing machine - we’d been to other places en route that listed having one but it wasn’t true. This did and was great to reduce washing on our return home. The pool & seating area was brilliant and never overcrowded - I guess most people were seeing the sights. Communication with the host was fab and I would totally recommend staying here & being able to park your car and chill out a bit just outside Venice !

Nothing - just no real bowls ! But maybe Italians dont have cereal like us

Everything is really like the pictures, amazing. Better than expected. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Good attention by the owner. 100% recommended. We will come back 😉

Alberto was great! Explained everything made sure we had all the info we needed about the apartment and location! Owners were very attentive and kind! Apartment was great! Beautiful 1900’s villa.

Only complaint did smell kind of moldy and were spider webs above the bed on wooden post. Slept with head under sheets all night lol but everything else was great! Overall Definitely book here!

Really nice Villa, great apartments, there was a walk out patio with furniture, we could have breakfast outside if we chose to. Really nice staff.

THERE WAS NO A/C in the bedroom only in the living room area. We paid extra for breakfast, but the breakfast was basically groceries' bought for us in our behalf; so we had to cook ourselves. I think we paid too much money for that
